We sent an email to the hotel 20 days before check-in to confirm the way to get on and off the island. The email was not read or replied until the day of check-in, which made us miss the right time to get on the island. We also didn't get any reply after we arrived on the island.
The island is relatively small, and the food is very average. There is no food available between 9:30 and 12:00 in the morning. The water quality and corals in the surrounding snorkeling waters are not very good.
