"It was generally very good hotel. However, when we got there there was no bed for our son in our family room. I asked for a bed three times and finally at 8 o’clock in the evening, I had to go down to the reception and collect the bed sheets and one of the receptionists got the bed on our room and we had to set the bed up. Poor housekeeping. However, the room was great specious. The temperature control was not appropriate, too hot. Parking was not convenient either, a lot too pay really."

"Rooms were just ok, nothing special given the rate rendered. At first checked in, I was shocked with the dilapitated room with awful smell. I asked the receptionist to change my room immediately and she obliged. First room was given facing directly the train station which is dusty and noisy. Room is extremely basic, just like a hostel.  Breakfast however was amazing. A lot of amenities and choices. I am most happy with the fast wifi as I work remote, so a fast wifi helps a lot. Will I return? No Another thing i needed to higlight is, after checking out, the hotel will charge you if you want to store your luggage. This is unacceptable in my books"

"Everything was great. EXCEPT THE CHARGE OF 200SEK TO CHECK IN 2 HOURS EARLY! I would understand if they had to make extra effort to let us in early, BUT NO! THE ROOM WAS READY ANYWAY!!!! I've stayed in hundreds of hotels who let me check in early for free if the room is ready anyway! I would understand the charge if I requested to check in early upon booking. Did not even ask me if I am a member of their club, which I am!"

"The lady at the front desk said there were biscuits and tea for reception, and hot water was provided, which was rare. I booked a standard room with two 80cm beds next to each other. The room was a bit small and the bathroom was a bit crowded, but it was only one night, so it was not a big problem. In the morning, the hotel provided a buffet breakfast, which was quite good, with a full variety, and I was full. The yogurt was delicious, and there were fruits. I gave it another +1. Compared with other hotels, it is quite affordable and cost-effective."

"Hotel location is perfect. Very close to central train station and city center. Breakfast was convenient and stuff was friendly. However, hotel is not new and cleaning is not perfect (not disturbing but also not perfect)"

"The location is very strategic, require a walk about 10min from the Malmo central station. The hotel also very near to the shopping street. The breakfast is very good, they serve delicious swedish cheese, salami and liver paste. The room doesn't come with air conditioner, its quite stuffy , need to open windows for ventilation. Can hear people talking on and car racing on the street at midnight"

"Great location, close to central station.. fantastic hospitality.. liked the way the staff welcomed and the pleasant conversation. Food was excellent.. neat and clean rooms, even the checkout was smooth. This is place where we will go again if opportunity comes.."

We arranged a high-floor view room where you can watch the sunset. Sanitation: There is nothing in the room... Environment: The public facilities are very complete and the location is very good. Facilities: The hotel is still too old, the facilities are outdated, and the shower room is too cramped..."

"The old building, the elevator is very old, the castle has an atmosphere for breakfast, not too much. The furniture in the room is hundreds of years old, the bathroom is very small, it was remodeled later, and there is no refrigerator."

"Jättefint, stort och högt i tak. Lite väl varmt men det är ett gammalt hus. Vi fick en fläkt som hjälpte lite. God frukost och mysigt att man kan äta på innergården. Väldigt trevlig personal!"
