Back again…
A return to MJ’s after 5 years, and the large, comfortable room, excellent breakfast, friendly staff and quirky decor were all as we remembered them from previously.. Great place to stay!

Despite all the good reviews, sadly, our stay didn’t meet expectations. Compared to the price your pay per night, i didn’t find it satisfactory. We booked a basic double room. The springs in one side of the bed were broken, so it wasn’t comfortable to lay in that side. The mini fridge was broken, and despite saying this to the staff it wasn’t fixed during our stay. The staff were really friendly and pleasant though. Not the best experience sadly, however the hotel itself was really cosy, charming and had a special vibe to it, which is why we chose it. I’m sure many of the other rooms are fine(considering all the good reviews) and we were just unlucky, unfortunately. Probably won’t be back for another stay, we will most likely try another place next time.

MJ's is a real gem in Malmö.
The room was quiet and cosy and had everything we needed. The breakfast offering is extensive with many hot and cold options available - I also enjoyed the smoothies and juices. Staff were really helpful and knowledgable on the local area.
10/10, would recommend to a friend!

Best hotel in Malmö ! Cool location great and lovely vibe. Rooms in need of updating but overall very happy with our stay and we keep coming back.
