Really excellent breakfast for normal price, extrem nice hosts. I would recommend to everybody, that is near Mallnitz and is hungry, that he/she visits this hotel. We were there only for breakfast, but it was really nice. Suprisingly big offer in time that were not many guests in house.

If you wish to experience the paradise during your live, just come to the family run hotel BergKristall in Mallnitz - exceptionally warm and friendly owners and other staff eagerly seeking to meet all your wishes even before you express them, spacious, modern and really clean rooms, delicious meals composed of 5 dishes for dinner if you choose a half-board service. When we return to this region again, we would be more than happy to stay in this hotel again

Wir fahren bereits seit mehreren Jahren in das schöne Mallnitz und wohnen immer wieder gern in dem ausgezeichneten und familiengeführten Hotel Bergkristall. Hervorzuheben ist die hervorragende Gastfreundschaft, das ausgezeichnete Frühstücksbufett und das kulinarische Abendessen. In den geräumigen Doppelzimmern mit Balkon haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und Kraft zum Wandern getrankt. Auch die zusätzlichen Möglichkeiten zum Entspannen und Relaxen in den verschiedenen Saunen und Relaxräumen machen immer wieder den Urlaub unvergesslich und Lust auf ein Wiederkommen.

Tolles Hotel, zentral gelegen, alle Wanderwege und Busse leicht und auf kurzen Wegen zu erreichen. Wir haben das Auto kein einziges Mal benötigt. Die Besitzer sind ausgesprochen freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sauber und gepflegt. Wir kommen sicher wieder!!

We hebben enkel iets gedronken na een wandeling. Mooi interieur . Vriendelijke bediening. Centraal gelegen in Mallnitz. Tuin met speelgoed voor de kinderen. Parking voor het gebouw. Lekker biertje en wijn. Niet duur. Mooi onderhouden..

Wir waren im Bergkristall einquartiert, sind entspannt mit der ÖBB angereist und haben drei schöne Skitage verbracht. Ankogel ist zwar klein, liegt dafür hoch und bietet viele schöne Pisten, Mölltaler Gletscher ist in 45 Minuten mit dem Skibus erreicht und sehr lohnend. Das Hotel ist klein, mit sehr schönen Zimmern, tollem Saunabereich, angenehmen Plätzen um sich mit einem Buch zurückzuziehen oder Spiele zu spielen. Familie Sterz ist stets ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen. Insgesamt können wir das Hotel sehr empfehlen, ein ganz besonderes Lob verdient die Küche für die hervorragende Qualität und die besondere Auswahl der der ausgesprochen schön angerichteten Speisen.

Wir waren mit den Kindern - hat Alles perfekt geklappt. Tolles Zimmer, hervorragender Service, gutes Essen sowohl in der Früh als auch am Abend - somit perfekter Urlaub!!! Kann das Hotel nur empfehlen.

Eine Woche Wanderurlaub mit meiner 5jährigen Enkelin in Mallnitz im Hotel Bergkristall war ein wunderbares Erlebnis. Es begann schon mit der geruhsame Anreise per Bahn, von dort abgeholt und freundlich im Hotel empfangen von den jungen Hotelbesitzern Familie Sterz und besonders von Anja, die uns die ganze Woche freundlichst betreute und mit Rat und Tat verwöhnte. Ein Highlight für meine Enkelin war der Hund Mia. Das Zimmer war großzügig, bequem und dezent mit Holz eingerichtet, das Essen ausgezeichnet ( auch für Vegetarier) und sowohl das Menü als auch der Service war für meine Enkelin großartig. Wir kommen wieder, denn nicht nur das Hotel und der Ort Mallnitz, auch die Wandermöglichkeiten und Hütten bieten Erholung und Genuss - geruhsame, entschleunigte, herrliche Sommerfrische!

Ein sehr familiäres Hotel. Genau das macht den Charme aus. Zusammen mit dem hohen Standard und dem vorzüglichen Essen, ist es der perfekte wohlfühl Ort für uns. Wir waren jetzt zwei Mal da und werden sicherlich noch öfter wiederkommen.
