I am afraid this is a very tired place, much in need of modernisation. Restaurant for dinner was very "set menu", food OK. Breakfast was poor. Bathrooms in particular (one of those awful metal strips to trip you up when entering). It's a great building but needs an upgrade. Staff were helpful but a bit scruffy and it felt like they were doing you a favour. WiFi was very poor quality

Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen . Die Gastleute luden uns gleich zu einem Begrüssungsdrink ein . Das Essen war hervorragend und ausgiebig . Anschliessend saßen wir an der netten Hausbar . Dort gab es viele Cocktails .Die Nacht war sehr ruhig obwohl wir zur Straßenseite unser schönes Zimmer hatten. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausreichend und Umfangreich. Die Gegend um Mallnitz ist Wunderschön . Wir konnten uns richtig erholen und freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen im Hotel Alber.

Wir haben ein tolles Skiwochenende im sehr freundlichen Ferienhotel Alber verbracht. Frühstück und Abendessen war super. Die Mitarbeiter waren überaus freundlich. Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Mallnitz verbracht. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft und das Rundum-Service. Wir kommen im Sommer für einen Wanderurlaub wieder.

Hallo Also ich muss mal frust abbauen. Bin sowas von enttäuscht. Das Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen. Die Chefin ist sehr unfreundlich. Das Bedienungspersonal ist genau so unfreundlich. Das Essen war jeden Tag kalt. Es gab nicht wirklich viel Auswahl. Man wird schwach angmacht wen was sagt! Auf Fragen bekommt man nur kurz antworten. Mann muss alles selber suchen.(Saua ect.) Das Zimmer das kann man gar nicht in Worte fassen einfach nur ..... Gereinigt wird nicht jeden Tag . Die Balkon Tür könnte man nicht richtig schließen man hat alles von der Straße gehört. Wie das Hotel zu 4 Sterne kommt das ist fraglich. Das Getränke ist wahnsinnig teuer !!! 1 Flasche Wasser Köster 6€ es gibt aber nur das Wasser!!! Das ist echt krass. Das einzigste die Umgebung ist wunderschöne. Aber bitte sucht euch ein anders hotel!!!!
