Bio Hotel Panorama

Very friendly staff and hosts, who serve guests exceptionally good and creative cuisine. You quickly feel "at home". On Monday evenings, a selection of around 50 home-made spirits is presented. Rooms on the valley side are quieter than those on the mountain side, towards the main road.

We spent four nights at the family-run Biohotel Panorama and can only give positive feedback overall. The reception was very friendly, the room had a great mountain view with a lovely balcony and we didn't lack for anything. We used the Vinschgau card, which the hotel provides, to travel to Merano, the free tickets for the indoor pool in Mals (10 minutes' walk) and the yoga class in the morning - great. The breakfast buffet was very varied and you could immediately tell that the focus here is on regional organic products and that you only get good quality food. Homemade juices, spritzers, high-quality rolls, croissants, waffles, cereal varieties (with yogurt/milk also for vegans), fruit, cheese, sausage, eggs in all varieties... if you can't find anything here, it's your own fault. At breakfast you could always choose the 4-course menu for the evening and choose between several dishes. The extremely courteous, friendly and cheerful service staff also cater to special requests and you just feel at ease and are stuffed at the end. We had many culinary highlights at dinner, you can see a few in the photos. To drink, I recommend the house's own lemon balm spritzer! In the afternoon, tea and cake are always included. If you want coffee or other drinks, you can pay extra for them or get a drink voucher for the bar if you skip the room cleaning that day. Great thing for the environment. In conclusion, it remains to be said that you can see that a lot of heart and joy is put into the work here, which you feel as a guest and which is why you will be happy to come back here again.

Very nice and clean organic hotel with very tasty food - organic, of course. The rooms are well equipped and if you are lucky enough to enjoy a pine room, for example, you will not only have a fantastic view of the mountains (even in hammocks) but also a pleasantly fragrant atmosphere. The only drawback is that with the 3/4 board, only cake is served in the afternoon. An additional soup or another non-sweet dish would have been desirable!

Third time we stay at this hotel. The dining room had been renovated in the meantime. Easy to find hotel with great views and free parking available. As well as other services. Very friendly staff and managers, always smiling and welcoming. Clean rooms. Worthy of note are the rooms with stone pine. The one with the balcony and hammocks is spacious, sunny and with a fabulous view. Varied breakfast, mid-afternoon snack with a wide choice of cakes, very good and healthy dinner. Area with Turkish bath, infrared sauna and sauna. Small but with everything you need to relax. Bathrobes and towels are available. I recommend it and we will definitely return.

We stayed 2 nights at the bio hotel panorama found on the internet and we were pleasantly welcomed by the friendly managers and by an impeccable cuisine made of seasonal products at 0 km made very tasty by the mix of aromatic herbs and vegetables. The breakfast and the welcome snack of cakes and herbal teas offered every afternoon at 4pm are also excellent. The dining room enjoys a fantastic view of the valley. In addition to the bar there is a relaxing pine wood cellar where you can taste the great variety of liqueurs and grappas they produce. Also in the relaxation area with sauna and Turkish bath you can enjoy the view of the valley lulled by the hammocks. Very good value for money for the small room.

Very pleasant organic hotel. The star suite we booked was spacious and modern. The view of the mountains and the valley below the hotel was fantastic. Special praise goes to the very attentive and friendly staff and the excellent cuisine, which impressed us every day with varied and healthy food and was accommodating to special requests.
