酒店衞生太差，隔音效果不好。早上就能聽見外面聲音一清二楚。窗簾，遮陽太差勁。，太陽出來沒辦法睡覺了，前台服務員服務態度不好，沒有一點職業素養

這酒店意思前台看不見訂單嗎？給客人訂了兩間房 大半夜的打電話問我訂的是哪種房型，怎麼回事，而且房間衞生根本沒打掃，被子亂七八糟的，打電話到前台態度還不行，一個勁的推脱責任，説什麼攜程訂單是老闆搞的你們不知道，作為一個前台這是你的工作態度嗎，客人有問題不應該及時給客人落實清楚給出解決方案嗎，後來又打了兩個電話前台直接掛斷，請問像這樣子的酒店怎麼讓客人住的安心？真差
