酒店有點年代了，裝修估計是90年代。但是還算乾淨整潔，服務員態度都很好。最好的就是早飯是免費的，一大驚喜。直接入住

I was initially sceptical about booking this hotel, as I usually prefer familiar brands. However, we booked this hotel at the last minute for an overnight stay before our ferry the next day. We were pleasantly surprised. Customer Service: The staff were friendly and welcoming. Cleanliness: The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast: A good selection of breakfast options. Room Size: Spacious and well-appointed rooms. Family: Yes and very warm and welcoming to Children Although this is a 3-star hotel, I’ve been fortunate enough to stay in many nice hotels around the world, and I can confidently say that Hotel Nueva Plaza can compete with some of the 4/5-star hotels I’ve experienced. Very friendly staff. Smooth check in. Room is very modern and clean. Ample lighting and plenty of electric outlets. Conveniently placed in town center. Nice restaurant by reception. Reception closes at midnight, but guest have access to come and leave 24hrs a day. Make sure to check in before reception closes.

Le sobran las 3 estrellas Antiguo huele mal habitaciones pequeñas baño sucio cuando entré .en fin un desastre. No tiene recepción de noche, la encargada o directora no sé exactamente qué és súper borde ..y podri seguir escribiendo más....

Hemos quedado muy contentos. Fani y los otros trabajadores fueron siempre muy amables y atentos con nosotros. El desayuno del buffet fue variado, completo y bueno. Lo recomendamos, sobre todo para viajar en familia.

Excelente personal en recepcion, sobre todo el de tarde. Nos invitaron al desayuno. Bien situado. La cama muy comoda. El televisor un poco pequeño, pero la verdad no hizo mucha falta, pues en la habitación estas poco tiempo. Hay mucho que ver y muy cerca de Santander.

El hotel no está mal del todo, y la recepcionista era simpática, pero nos dio recomendaciones para cenar que no eran muy buenas, me dan ganas de mostrarle lo que es comer bien… sólo puedo decir que el suelo de madera cruje a más no poder, la mini mampara del baño hace que al ducharse salga agua por todos lados, los colchones de la cama son una pesadilla (dos individuales juntos: uno medianamente normal y el otro demasiado blando, ni siquiera son iguales) y el desayuno muy pasable. Aunque lo peor es la zona, no hay nada decente para comer, es como una ciudad dormitorio de pesadilla.

L'unico punto a favore è la vicinanza dall'aeroporto, per chi ha un volo presto la mattina. È un tre stelle immeritate, arredi già alla reception anni 80, sciatti e poco invitanti. Una notte senza colazione è costata ben 150€ per una semplice camera doppia, dalla porta con chiavi con serratura (non elettroniche) e da cui provenivano i rumori degli altri clienti sul pianerottolo, essendoci fessure lungo tutti i margini della porta. Il bagno era pulito ma antico. La receptionist è stata gentile perché ci ha prenotato il taxi per il mattino successivo. Sono contenta di averci trascorso solo una notte. Le foto non rispecchiano minimamente lo standard dell'hotel.
