Me and my family bought a package holiday off Thomas cook, great flight from Manchester , quick and easy transfers from the airport , 25mins on the bus , then stayed in a Newley refurbished room that was to a very high standard with aircon and walk in shower and cool L.E.D ***** lights around the room , We were all inclusive and the food was brilliant and plenty of choice , they also did themed nights like Chinese Greek and a BBQ night. Two separate pools for adults and children made it perfect for us , Pool bar is open all day serving draught beer red white whine cocktails coffee and tea , the beach was a 5 mins away Literally across the road and down a path , if you walk to the left and over the little hill there's a beautiful beach with no rocks and a gradual decline into the clear water for kids , 9 euro a day for 2 sunbeds, Entertainment at night was brilliant whilst enjoying all inclusive drinks , Also a kids mini disco every night hosted by the Thomas cook reps , Overall highly recommend clean friendly place , no hassle and worth the money ,

This hotel is lovely but basic rooms. Staff are superb and very friendly and it is spotlessly clean. Unfortunately the food lets it down. There is nothing for children unless they want either chips or spaghetti. Also there wasn't much choice, in fact in my opinion the food was very disappointing to say the least. Otherwise the holiday was brilliant. I can't fault the hotel complex and staff as they were lovely, especially Olga who ran the bar at night. One other observation is that should the weather be wet then there isn't much seating under cover but luckily the weather was good for us. All in all we had a lovely time there and if you are not bothered too much about the food then I would recommend it.

Absolutely recommend this hotel. been here 14 nights. There has been different food to try every day. all the staff are fantastic. they are very welcoming. they are multilingual. I'm English and my partner is Romanian #romglish and not once have we felt excluded. the matire de even spoke Romanian which was heart warming. we have enjoyed every single moment. georgio "yes or no" lol you will only know what that means if you go to the pool bar lol Olga with her good choice of Latino music, friendly personality. love love love this hotel.

From the minute we arrived at the hotel until the moment we left, every member of staff made us feel welcome, valued and went out of their way to make our week away a perfect one. The food at the hotel was traditionally Cretan, bountiful and delicious. It is the first year of being Sentido and the hotel has been given a beautiful face lift, to create a calm and very special experience. We would highly recommend the hotel on this beautiful island

Top hotel with well maintained facility and really cleaned! We enjoyed our time in pool with fresh cocktails . In the buffet a lot of choices for vegetarian and vegan! Exceptional a la carte food.

We went on a holiday as a couple and we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The food was very good, with a wide variety of choices at every meal, including options for vegetarians. The staff were friendly and attentive and they were always trying to make our stay more enjoyable! At the bar, the all-inclusive package offers a wide selection of drinks, so you could always have a choice that matches your preferences. The highlight was the "Mediterranean Night" held every Wednesday, where tables are set up around the pool under the moonlight, with a blend of traditional Greek music and international hits. The live bouzouki added an unforgettable touch to the evening! The gym is open from early in the morning until late at night, which is very convenient if you want to exercise throughout the day. Our room was newly renovated, spacious and clean and it had a great view. I highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for relaxation, good food and sunny vacations on the beautiful island of Crete!
