Rock hard beds, have to pay for air conditioning, and the security will constantly harras everyone for no reason. They also fined us for a broken chair that we didn't break and when we tried to explain it wasn't us and asked them to check cctv they refused and threatened to kick us out if we didn't pay. Pool and bar are nice but overpriced and the rooms being horrible and security and staff ruin the whole hotel.

Awful customer service - staff were very rude and targeted my friends and I as soon as we arrived; shouting at us as soon as we enter the hotel. AVOID - do not recommend.

We stayed here as a family in June 2025, room was spotless and hotel grounds extremely well maintenaned. Staff were all very friendly and polite and the food was fantastic! Honestly it exceeded our expectations and we had such a lovely stay.

During my stay at this hotel, my friends and I had a very unsettling experience with one of the staff members. This particular employee seemed to follow us everywhere we went, which made us feel incredibly uncomfortable and unsafe. Whether we were in the lobby, by the pool, or even just walking down the hallway, this person was always nearby, watching us. We tried to brush it off at first, but it became increasingly clear that this was not a coincidence. This behavior created a hostile and unwelcoming environment, and it significantly detracted from our overall experience. I would caution anyone considering staying at this hotel to be aware of this issue, as it made us feel violated and uneasy throughout our entire stay.

Brilliant hotel staff can’t do enough to help you and so friendly. Food was excellent and chef very accommodating. Room was clean and tidy maid every other day. Only negative was the shower very small but still manageable. Would definitely go again. Very suitable for soli travellers too.

Just back from the Yiannis Manos Hotel after a great 14 night stay self catering, had a great time and would like to thank the staff for great service. The food at the hotel was as good if not better than any of the Tavernas that we visited. A special thanks to Lyndsey and Julie who would always have time to say hello and ask how your day had been and also to the boss for providing us with a late check out from the room as we weren't getting picked up until 8:30 at night which allowed us to enjoy the whole of our last day.
