The guy at the reception was very friendly at check-in and tried to help us at all times. The double rooms are very good size and the beds are comfortable. The bathroom is also very good in size and well equipped. The views from the balcony are unbeatable, it is a great place to enjoy the sunrise. It is true that being next to the train stop, you will hear the trains in the morning. But it's really worth it to be awake at that time, especially so you don't miss breakfast, which was my favorite part. Very varied and abundant, of good quality. I wouldn't give it a 10 for cleanliness but overall it's fine. I would definitely give this hotel a higher rating than what appears on the internet, quality and price is great, especially if you book it with one of the trip.com discounts.

The hotel was very noisy and in our period, large groups of 'children' stayed. They ran the night through the hotel's halls, they were crying, listening to deeply in the night hard music and early morning the grief began. I was surprised that the hotel did not do anything to this because the hotel regulations contain strict rules, and it seems that money is more important than the rules in a hotel.

Best price quality ratio in Santa Susanna and Malgrat del Mar. The buffets are legendary.

Our room had a great ocean view and it was such a relief to open the balcony doors every morning. The overall facilities of the hotel really need to be updated and improved, the service staff is very friendly, and the food is basically okay. The sound of music will be around 11.30 every night, which is not very friendly for those who are used to going to bed early. For what I paid for the room, I couldn't ask for more. Overall satisfied.

To be honest, the food is a bit weak, drinks are overpriced for people who don't have all inclusive, and the buffet is messy in terms of food and organization.
