The guy at the reception was very friendly at check-in and tried to help us at all times. The double rooms are very good size and the beds are comfortable. The bathroom is also very good in size and well equipped. The views from the balcony are unbeatable, it is a great place to enjoy the sunrise. It is true that being next to the train stop, you will hear the trains in the morning. But it's really worth it to be awake at that time, especially so you don't miss breakfast, which was my favorite part. Very varied and abundant, of good quality. I wouldn't give it a 10 for cleanliness but overall it's fine. I would definitely give this hotel a higher rating than what appears on the internet, quality and price is great, especially if you book it with one of the trip.com discounts.

This hotel was a nice budget hotel. It was on the main ***** meaning there were lots of shops and cafes around. It was also very close to the beach. The bar service at the hotel was amazing and the entertainment in the night was a DJ who got everyone up dancing. There were a few sun loungers around the pool but it was hard to get one Overall we loved it here and would return in the future.

Just returned from my 3rd visit this to this excellent Hotel rooms are very clean and all staff are great food is what you make of it i dont do dinner as there are plenty of places to eat out on Seafront. Always found verybody very freindly and they did me a picnic lunch to travel home as my transfer bus left at 05;45

Had an absolute brilliant time here. Hotel was lovely and clean. Food was really nice. Room had an amazing view we stayed in 309. All staff were warm friendly and welcoming. 2 staff stood out for us tho and that's the bar staff niomi and jarrard. These 2 were great. We didn't have to ask for our drinks they just knew and were sometimes pouring them before we got through the door. Both so friendly and professional and very good at making other guests laugh. They both deserve great credit. Thank you both. We have booked again in april.

Let us see, you can no longer wait for its price. To be honest, the food is a bit weak, drinks are overpriced for people who don't have all inclusive, and the buffet is messy in terms of food and organization. Attention is correct, so is cleanliness, and as a hotel on the coast, we can sleep. I recommend it to young people, but not to seniors or adults without children

The service was top-notch. The staff was friendly and eager to help. Veysi is a great host, ready to help with any questions you have. The hotel is very close to anything you could want or need, perfectly placed between the beach, shops and city centre. The hotel is also very clean(the staff make sure to clean the rooms everyday) and the breakfast is big, good and free. Me and my parents really enjoyed our stay here and would be delighted to come back(hopefully soon) :) Minor complaint: The walls are not very noise-cancelling and some neighbours can be quite loud(although that is not the fault of the hotel)
