Amenities: Everything you need, except a blanket but no comforter.
Cleanliness: This is a must-mention. The breakfast omelet is a must-have. The included gloves are perfect for frying, beating, and even pushing the trash can.
Environment: The location is good, surrounded by hotels and very convenient. One thing to note: staying in May was fine. The room smelled quite strong, so you can open the windows for ventilation. However, if you keep the windows closed, you'll wake up in the middle of the night.

The main pool is not very big. The one on the terrace has spectacular views. The heated one is fine. The service was very friendly. To get to the beach you have to go under the train tracks. The decoration of the rooms and hallways is very modern. The room is very nice.

The hotel is really close to the beach and all amenities. Has a really nice pool terrace and viewings are spectacular. What really impressed me were the staff members in the restaurant area. They all really friendly, helpful and hard working individuals. A big thank you all of them

Had a great holiday with my girlfriend first time in Spain for her stayed at tropic park 5 years ago was very good have returned and all the staff at hotel from bar 🍸 restaurant reception cleaners so polite helpful with everything do not read the negative reviews on this hotel we had an amazing holiday and will definitely be returning thank you so much to everyone at tropic park hotel

Spotlessly clean hotel, great location, opposite the beach, shops and supermarket adjacent to hotel. Room and bathroom very big and modern. Sea view from large balcony. Bed so comfortable (wish could find out the name of manufacturer as never slept so well), excellent blackout curtains and air conditioning. All staff very helpful and friendly. Reception and Marta arranged late checkout until 1pm on departure day, which very grateful for. Large selection of different foods at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Fantastic views from rooftop pool. Never a problem getting sunbed around the pool or garden area, more umbrella's are needed though. Brilliant holiday and would definitely return.

I wouldn’t stay here again, to be honest. I was in room 321. The room was just okay, nothing special. The reception and hallways look really nice, but that’s pretty much where the good stuff ends. The walls are super thin, I could hear full conversations from next door and even people talking and singing on the balconies. I didn’t exactly love being serenaded with Bamboléo at 1 am. There were also silverfish crawling around the bathroom, and the bathroom door still had the manufacturer’s sticker on it. The food was alright (edible) but not great, especially for how much I paid for the trip. If you’re coming just for the rooftop pool and some nice loungers, it might be worth it. But if you care about food or a good night’s sleep, I’d look elsewhere.
