My friend and I wanted alittle get away and this was perfect, all the staff are very friendly and helpful. We arrived late at night and had drinks and small buffet and drinks for us/anyone who arrives late after a long flight. We got shown to our room which we weren’t happy with because it was a terrace room and weren’t comfortable with people looking in walking past however because it was nearly 2am we just wanted to sleep. Next morning we went to reception and explained and they very kindly moved us to a different room which we were SO HAPPY with. They moved everything across for us and had a bottle of wine and snacks put in the room too 🥰 the all inclusive was lovely as it was my first one I’ve ever done. If you are looking for chill nice vibes this is the place if you just want to relax. The main bar was abit slow with drinks in the evening but understandable as it was busy but ended up in the other bar down the bottom, it’s outside and a lot quieter which means we got serviced quicker. You got fresh pool towels whenever you wanted. I would recommend to anyone if you looking for a nice peaceful holiday 🤍

Vacation hotel The environment is good, there is a swimming pool and an exclusive beach There are also cute cats to pet in the lobby. Optional meals included (two/three meals a day) It is far from the city, but there is bus line 1 in front of the hotel that can go directly to the Archaeological Museum in the city center. Taxi from airport to hotel 32 euros The hotel can book a taxi. It cost 25 euros for the two of us to go to the port early in the morning. (A Mercedes-Benz business car arrived. I was a little panicked, but it turned out that I was overly worried; cautious friends can clarify the price when booking.)

Stayed here the last week of August with my friends . This older small resort is situated just on the beach of Ammoudara. Yet it´s a very pleasant hotel. The amenities are not the newest, but the overall cleanliness is great and I haven´t noticed anything damaged there. The hotel garden is lovely. The food was great and the variety was also nice. They use tap for wine, beer, water and soft drinks, so there was never problem with waiting for waiter. You can find main restaurant and a buffet very close to the beach and pool. You will never stay hungry. There is also a bar in the main hall and close to the beach and pool. There is a tavern where you can book a dinner one time a week freely. You can use coffee machine on the beach bar. The rooms are simple, not really 4*, more likely 3*. However spacious enough and very clean. The mattresses are downy. There is a safe und flat TV in the room. The variety of TV channels is just ok. I saw a water slide close to the theater. And there is animation every day and evening. The beach is very close, just 5 minutes walk from the main building, enough sunbeds and parasols. It´s wavy sea you will find there and its quite windy, so no snorkeling or swimming is possible, just have some fun in the water. Many might not like it. But the island is to explore, as it is a beautiful island and the people are very kind, food is great. You can start wit Ammoudara, where you will find restaurants, shops etc. Take a bus (Nr.1) to Heraklion and back (Nr.6). Special thanks goes to all the great, kind and helpful staff. Many thanks

Main restaurant in new building is excelent. Food is fresh and we did not find as family of 4 (kids 11 and 7) anything to wrong it. I can remember eggs yoke so orange only as Young kid living in the village. Rest of food,fish,fries,vegetables and fruits very tasty. Weather and views from hotel to die for. You can find very quiet places on outskirts of the hotel complex’s. Good selection of drinks(avoid tap water-smells of chlorine) in other bars-beach bar,poll bar etc. Rooms in a new section are in need better servicing -in new and old section or bungalows-the older the worse it gets. (Faulty water jets in new section,falling curtains in Old,noisy A/c in new building ) Good wi-fi connection in new rooms and bungalows and mostly around hotel complex-we only tried for browsing and emails ,whats up. As I am both Polish and British I find most of the Stuff are speaking a good English especially younger -this is a great advantage and helps with solving issues. I am also happy that there no signs or Russian flags on display. You can find few outside hotel. Hotel guests mainly consist of European Nationals. Common toilets -polls,beach bar,need better cleaning and looking after.
