Myself and my partner went for 11 nights from the dates between 18th August - 29th. Service - 5*! This was my first time in Greece which is well known for hospitality and the reputation for this was absolutely right. Attentive, polite and exceeded expectations! Food - 4*. I think for all inclusive it’s good however I would liked to have seen more variety overall throughout our time there. Views/ scenery -5*! This one might be a bit biased as we had the top balcony with a sea view and I truly believe we had unintentionally had the best room in the entire hotel! Bar/service staff 4* - there was one who I won’t mention however she came across as rather rude, blunt and blatantly clock watching which wasn’t ideal to see each night. Other than that in particular all bar staff were amazing BEST TO LAST - ENTERTAINMENT 5**!!! - The entertainers are called Matt, Ella & Elsa. Myself and my partner not only enjoyed the displays and activities put on we got to know these as people and how genuine they came across. If you look at what they do you can see how passionate they are all regarding what they do and provide as a service. In regards to what the hotel had to offer I have to say this was the standout point of view and not only have we enjoyed each night watching and joining in with this we also have so much respect for these brilliant people. Overall as mentioned above there’s more positives than negatives and I would recommend to anyone. If anyone does look at this and decide to go there I can honestly say I’ll be shocked if you don’t have a good time. P.S if you don’t have the same entertainment team as we did you’ve truly missed out on a wonderful trio!

I stayed at this hotel with my family in September last year, and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. Cleanliness: The rooms were not very clean. We had to change our initial room because it was extremely dirty. Despite booking in advance and requesting rooms next to each other, we were given rooms far apart, which was very inconvenient. Amenities: The hotel did not provide bottled water. If you wanted water, it was served in a glass. The other drinks were not of good quality, as they were poured from a pipe that mixed drinks from different barrels. The open kitchen did not look very clean either. Service: Some of the employees were not very friendly when we tried to discuss these issues. Additionally, the hotel lacked sufficient parking spaces. If you returned late at night, you had to leave your car outside the parking area. Food: The food was good but not very diverse. It was disappointing that we had to pay extra for orange juice in the morning. Overall, our stay was disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.

We arrived late on the Saturday night and we booked a superior sea view room. Unfortunately like the others we were placed in a room around the side of the hotel no sea view, had a fan from the restaurant on the balcony blowing the smell of fish into our room. Our air con did not work and was like a warm fan. Went to reception and told to come back in the morning, we went first thing and told to come back at 12. When we did we were upgraded to a beautiful sea view room which at the time we were so happy about but really that was what we originally booked. I wanted to cry the night before with the room which we had been put in and we did start our holiday off stressed and unhappy. However if we had that room from the beginning the views were stunning looking out over the pool and was lovely a modern. We spent most of our days down at the beach as not many sunbeds avalible. All inclusive cocktails were nice, and the food was okay. I probably would not come back to this hotel mainly for the stress caused at the beginning of the holiday. The photos added are from the upgraded room.

Definitely would not return here. Similar to lots of other reviews, reception put us in a completely different room than we had booked, it was dark and dingy and really run down. When we complained, the reception staff were rude and dismissive and just told us to come back the day after, without asking any questions about the room. The next day we managed to move to the room we paid for, with no compensation or apology. The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The sun loungers are full from 7am, with most of the beds empty until mid day. The pools are grimy and fairly old. Food was actually quite good and the bar staff were really friendly.

If you want a chilled holiday, then this place will suit you. The food was great and varied for every evening meal. The pool was a bit cold for my liking, but some may prefer that. The walk into the small town is about 10-15 minutes depending on your walking speed. There’s a steep incline to factor in, even if you get the free bus down. We went down a could have times, and it’s a very pleasant and clean area. Live football is available down there, we used the Classico bar. Very accommodating and friendly. The entertainment at the hotel was run by Matt and helped by Elsa and Ella. They were all great and loved interacting with the guests. The view from the terrace balcony is beautiful and a pleasant place for drinks. The staff at the hotel were all friendly, especially Marie behind the bar and George the matre de. We stayed in a suite, 2 adults and a 15 year old. The room was spacious and cleaned daily, along with a view of the upper pool area. All in all, a very enjoyable stay for us. But if it’s a lively place you want, this isn’t for you. I would definitely return, as my visit didn’t disappoint on my first visit to Crete.

Came back on Monday from a 10 day holiday at this hotel! Honestly I don’t normally write a review but I felt like I had too because of the amazing experience we had.. our rooms were just lovely the staff are so friendly and helpful especially the young lad on reception I can’t quite remember his name think Carlos and the entertainment with Matt was fantastic, the food wasn’t amazing but it was good enough. The only criticism I have is the sunbeds around the second pool need renewing and people leaving towels on the beds 24/7 so no one else gets a look in needs to be dealt with but apart from those two things we had a great holiday.

All inclusive - bar shuts AI at 2300 then have to pay for drinks until 1am. No bottles of water you can only have a glass which comes out of the same pump as the coke etc so tastes funny. Set food times for breakfast lunch and dinner with nothing in between snack bar wise except very dry sandwiches at the bar. Get up early for a sunbed. I struggled daily as people leave towels on overnight and staff don’t remove them. The Hotel is clean, the staff and helpful and friendly, the food is good but not a massive choice. The views from this hotel are absolutely stunning, I would recommend getting up early not only to get a sunbed but to watch the sunrise. I personally wouldn’t return as not mobility friendly.
