Nuovo Crete by Sea

Our family stayed at Nuevo Crete for one week in October 2024, and from the moment we entered the lobby we were greeted with the warmest hospitality we have ever experienced during our stays in Greece. The rooms are super efficiently appointed and designed to provide everything you need for a totally relaxing experience in Heraklion. The rooms are meticulously clean, warm, and inviting and the beds, pillows, and linens were luxuriously comfortable. Everyone on the staff was warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly joyful. The Nuevo suites have ample and safe parking on site and is only a five-minute walk to the most beautiful and relaxing beach, with sand, clear warm water, and cool vibes. The area has great restaurants, cafes, and bars all within 5-10 minutes of walking distance. The nearby local supermarket was fresh and well-supplied with anything we necessary for the ultimate vacation. As world travelers for many years, we believe that Nuevo Crete by the sea is truly a hidden gem in Heraklion that made our stay one of the best vacations we ever experienced.

I really enjoyed my stay at Nouvo Crete. My room was modern, clean and had a balcony with a table and chairs and drying rack. There’s a little kitchen with utensils, kettle , coffee and tea and a portable hob. The breakfast by the sea at the sister hotel a minute walk away was fabulous and catering for my gf needs. You can also use the pool and amenities at the sister hotel which was nice. Everything was just super including the staff! I will be coming back again!

Young woman at the desk in the morning was wonderful! Very very helpful! The breakfast overlooking the ocean was magnificent! All staff fantastic!

The hotel is in a very good location, close to shops, the beach and local buses. The hotel met our expectations, Chara and Vasilis were welcoming, friendly and respectful. We had the basic room but the bedroom was spacious and we also had a spacious lounge and kitchen, as well as a balcony from which we had a good view of the beach. It was lovely sitting there watching and feeling the sea breeze. The rooms were clean and the room service staff was also very friendly which helped to make our stay so relaxing. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely visit again.

Amazing property…nice beach. Nice food at the restaurant. They have a joint operation with Teatro so bkfst is served on the beach. The best. What made the stay was the staff. Especially Hara. She is so nice, warm and welcoming. She is a gem. An Oxette.
