The name says it all; the rooms have unimpeded views of Obi Creek from large balconies and apart from sounds of native wildlife the tranquillity is total. All this a few minutes walk from Maleny’s Main Street with its galleries and cafes. From every window there are views of trees and those with keen eyes might even spot a platypus in the creek. Furnishings and inclusions are excellent and Greg and Barb are consummate hosts, helpful and friendly but unobtrusive.

Well appointed accommodation (we had two units with one being mobility scooter friendly). Excellect location and access to the main centre not requiring a car. Wonderful hosts who were friendly and helpful. Overall our expectations were exceeded.

Wonderful host, beautiful villa and views, close to restaurants and peaceful. Villa had everything you needed plus a spa bath and balcony overlooking rainforest and creek. Hosts looked after us well and our stay was very relaxing. Highly recommended.

The "new owners" were perfect hosts. The villas suited my family requirements. The location is ideal for access to town and surrounds making walking to most of Maleny possible. I highly recommend Tranquil Getaways and would book again when needed.

Excellent service and quality facilities managed by amazing people. Barb and Greg provided an unforgettable holiday experience. Our family holiday was made extra special with our stay at Tranquil Getaways on Obi. We will be visiting again!

An extremely comfortable apartment, close to town but very peaceful. Loved the bush outlook. Bed is super comfy, having a separate shower was ideal. The basket of treats very much appreciated. The owners very friendly and willing to accommodate any requests.

What a fantastic hidden gem! Tucked away along the Obi River, Tranquil Getaways is in easy walking distance to town. The villa was spacious and modern with all facilities sparkling clean. Sitting on the balcony, overlooking the river is the perfect way to relax after a crazy work week! We will definitely be back soon!

Not only this place is fantastic but the owners are absolutely amazing human beings! The room is really spacious, the bathroom is squeaky clean, bed is massive, and the food/coffee/tea they made for me was delicious! 11/10! It was my first time in Maleny, and I couldn't have found a better place. Tranquil Getaways is also situated in the heart of Maleny and everything is within walking distance. I would 100% recommend this place!
