Excellent apartments very clean and comfortable well equipped and comfortable beds the pool and garden are lovely and well maintained.Sophia was an excellent host very welcoming friendly and helpful which made our stay lovely

Stayed at Oliva after visiting Maleme for many years and can honestly say we were most impressed with the modern apartment and helpful owner. The apartment was large, beds were very comfortable and very clean with towels changed every other day and apartment cleaned every day. Sophia was on hand to help with any queries. I would highly recommend the apartments.

Had a lovely week in Maleme. Olivia hotel was great, the staff was really lovely and helpful. The rooms was clean and modern, and we had a lovely balcony. There was a nice, clean pool with sun beds, and the hotel was right next to the beach, with great cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. Great price, big rooms, and perfect for family vacation!! Will definitely recommend.

Lovely small hotel with a short walk to the beach. Spotlessly clean and plenty of amenities in the room - kettle, cutlery, sandwich maker etc. Some lovely restaurants nearby and a supermarket. We had a ar so a short drive into Platanias. Definetly recommend Oliva Hotel and will have no hesitation staying there again.

Host tego butikowego, rodzinnego hotelu, Sophia, jest niesamowita. Hotel dla ludzi którzy mają następujące oczekiwania: spokój (!), bliskość morza, głęboki i nie mały basen, wyposażanie kuchni w pokoju hotelowym oraz bliskość paru restauracji. Hotel posiada odnowiony wystrój oraz zapewnia naprawdę dobry serwis zarówno przed przyjazdem, jak i w trakcie całego pobytu. Miejscowość Maleme jest dobrze skomunikowana zarówno dla osób chcących wynająć auto jak i poruszających się transportem publicznym do miejsc takich jak Balos, Elafonisi, Falasarna i Chania.

Hotel situato a poco più di venti minuti di auto da Chania. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, l'appartamento era molto accogliente e pulito. Molto bella la piscina. Fantastico il dolce al cocco e noci che tutte le mattine la mamma di Sofia preparava per noi ospiti!

Struttura molto curata e attenta alla pulizia delle camere, consiglio questo luogo per chi vuole avere tranquillità e chi vuole rilassarsi. A soli 20 minuti di macchina c'è Chania, noi abbiamo preferito alloggiare fuori per essere tranquilli anche perché il centro risulta un po' caotico. Ultima nota di riguardo a Sofia, sempre presente e pronta a darci i migliori consigli. Grazie per averci accolta nella vostra splendida struttura.
