hamiltons is in a convenient location for the Krueger park, being metres from Malelane gate. The rooms are roomy, well appointed, clean, well maintained AND there is a small but welcome pool. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Dinner on the patio was very good too, apart from the mussel pot where the sauce was over-salted. The price is fair. We have eaten there before, but not stayed over. We will definitely return.

Lovely setting, lovely food and great service. The Lodge is very comfortable and provides you with everything you need. We will return very soon. The salad on the menu was exceptional and the breakfast kept us going till supper again. Pitty we could not use the swimming pool as it was middle of winter.

I have stayed at Hamiltons Lodge on a number of occasions. The location is perfect for the entry to the Kruger National Park, literally 1km to Malelane Gate. The restaurant has a great selection of items on the menu for all tastes. The lodge rooms are just perfect, big comfy beds and spotlessly clean. The staff deliver 5/5 customer service. This lodge delivers on all levels and I would not hesitate in recommending it

Food is great. Can do wine paring and buy wine by the glass. Staff friendly. Neat garden. Seating inside with fireplace or outside on deck.The lodge has beautifull rooms and great shower. Good security. Good matress. Good selection of TV sports channels

What an incredible find. We were a group of golfers on tour from the UK and the rains came down and impacted our stay at Skukuza. I called and spoke to Debbie who went out of her way to accommodate us all. The dinner that evening in the restaurant was absolutely stunning

The most horrible thing on a plate and you call it a pizza!!! Please check: • your base for a pizza...maybe tomato base🤔 • your selection of cheese appropriate... • if garlic is mentioned on t menu , ADD it!..., make it fresh! • don,t be shy with your fillings • a pizza should taste fresh and juicy.... not over baked in an oven! OR..... Delete PIZZA ON YOUR MENU OR...... Send your chef on a pizza training course!

Fabulous location: This small lodge is situated just a few meters from the Malelane gate entering Kruger national park which helps enormously with the queues early morning. Rooms are huge, with very comfortable beds, a small fridge and even a Nespresso coffee machine. The shower is big enough for 3 people. All rooms face a nice garden with a pool. The best thing is that this lodge has it's own generator which means you are not left in the dark when there is load shedding (a few hours every day and /or night) and that the restaurant offers their full menu which is extensive. Food was delicious. Maybe slightly more expensive than other lodges in town but definitely worth it.

Good location of the Lodge in relation to the Malelane gate of the Kruger Park. Nice rooms. Delicious food in the associated restaurant and friendly service. Work points - Breakfast is very limited and mediocre. Coffee was lukewarm; no bread available. You have to pay extra for an omelette,… - insulation in rooms is downright bad. You hear everything the neighbors do. - generator next to the room causes a lot of noise.
