excellent location and very affordable , clean and spacious rooms. useful for overnight stays. highly recommended

While driving to the north Bengal hills for holiday stopped at their restaurant for a quick lunch. The soup and the curries tasted extreme salty- which we apprised the reception people and stated our intention of one night stay in one of their premium fourth floor rooms. Before our check-in on 16th we also reminded of the excessive salt content in the food stuff. Lucky for us the dinner was okay and the next morning breakfast spread was all right but of limited choice in the category of the room charges one has to pay. On the whole, the one night stay en route to Kolkata was good and the staff at service were polite. The hotel lobby has a counter to buy honey, pickles and souvenirs and learnt that each Guest visiting the resort in June were offered the famous local mangoes. Suggesting the small counter at the lobby keep local Amsatta and other local souvenirs for guest to buy

location was good for me as had a visit very close to the location food would say is very average nothing to mention about.

Location of the hotel is excellent. Ambiance is very nice. Staff's were very courteous and well behaved. Food quality was ok and need some improvement.

Rooms are very very pricey compared to the place and overall quality. They don't serve breakfast even in rs. 3000 super deluxe rooms. It would have been a great stay if the tarriff was within rs. 2000 per night. Also food was a spoiler for us. We had ordered hot gulab jamun at dinner. First the restaurant staff said it was not available and then suddenly called us and said cook will prepare. What we received was a tapri quality fungus filled jamuns. Not expected from such a 3* star hotel.
