Rooms are very very pricey compared to the place and overall quality. They don't serve breakfast even in rs. 3000 super deluxe rooms. It would have been a great stay if the tarriff was within rs. 2000 per night. Also food was a spoiler for us. We had ordered hot gulab jamun at dinner. First the restaurant staff said it was not available and then suddenly called us and said cook will prepare. What we received was a tapri quality fungus filled jamuns. Not expected from such a 3* star hotel.

The food was a bit too rich, the mutton piece was not very good, i expected a better piece. The room and service was excellent only the food could have been better.

Stayed for business trip to malda, balurghat and raiganj. It was a pleasant experience. Will stay again.

Its a beautiful place and an amazing vibe of the place. The pool and the pool side cafe is so peaceful and the bar is great with different and great stocks. The room are well maintained and views is stunning. The staffing is well trained and experienced.
