Not often we review on Tripadvisor, but feel compelled to after our stay at Residence Malcesine. Brand New set of apartments, say 30 no. arranged around a good sized pool (20 or 25m, def enough for proper lengths).apartments themselves were spotless and modern, with comfortable beds. Decent kitchen with full sized hob and dishwasher, should you wish to use! All the staff were great and very helpful, with English and German, possibly more widely spoken. Drinks can be served around the pool from the small bar, but this was definitely and pleasantly low key. There is a restaurant (didn’t try) opp the apartments and Speck Stube within easy walking distance. Otherwise however it will be a drive or the hourly bus into Malcesine for dinner and shopping. There was a small part to the back of the property which we believe led to a lake beach, I’d guess 5-10 minutes walk away - there would be a bar & restaurant or two here, but in fairness, we didn’t try as it was far too hot. All in all a great holiday, and somewhere that we would see ourselves returning to.

We have recently returned from our second holiday in Residence Malcesine and cannot recommend it highly enough. The location, views, comfort and service are second to none and all ably managed by the wonderful Katy. While the Residence is not located directly on Lake Garda, a 5 minute walk brings you to the most beautiful little cove for swimming and admiring the views. Malcesine itself is a great base for exploring the lake and Katy is extremely helpful and informative and always smiling. The apartments themselves are modern, spacious, spotless and very comfortable. We were in lake view apartments both years and had large terraces from which to admire the views. We hope to return again next year and I think that says it all.

We stayed in 2 of the 2 room apartments for 2 weeks in the summer of 2021. The rooms were very comfortable and had exactly the amenities we required including air conditioning and wi-if. The manageress Katy, was an excellent host and her colleagues were just as helpful when needed. We had to change rooms after our first week and she was extremely helpful in sorting this out with no fuss. The location of the apartments is excellent giving us walking access to the beaches and town centre. I also do a lot of Nordic walking and had access to a path from the hotel that enabled me to do a 10km walk every morning. The rooms were clean, with a large bathroom and the beds were comfortable. The only negative was that the pool area did not provide enough loungers for all guests but we didn’t mind so much as we preferred to be at the beach or out sight seeing. This is the first chance I have had to post a review since our visit, but as I say sometimes say, better late than never.

Anreise auch außerhalb der üblichen Zeiten problemlos möglich, ausreichend Parkplätze auf dem hoteleigenen Parkplatz oder der Tierfgarage vorhanden. Fahrrad- und Waschkeller inkl. 2 Waschmaschinene sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und auch die Kücheneinrichtung ist vollkommen angemessen. Der Blick aus den Garda Zimmern über den Olivenhain, den nördlichen Gardasse bis Riva ist ein Traum. Die Terassen oder Balkone überdimensional groß, traumhaft schön! Der Pool ist windgeschätzt gelegen, ausreichend schöne und moderne Liegen sind vorhanden. Der Service ist wirklich außergewöhnlcih freundlich und zuvorkommend und es bleibt ken Wunsch unberücksichtigt. Ein richtig schönes gelungenes Urlaubsdomizil!

Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Total nettes Personal, alles sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und durchdacht. Super tolles bequemes Bett, sehr schönes Bad. Super schöne ruhige Lage mitten im Olivenhain. Wir können es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Dit jaar was de t****e keer dat we een appartement hebben gehuurd in deze prachtige residentie. De host Katy is fantastisch. Ze is steeds beschikbaar en super vriendelijk. De residentie ligt op een rustige locatie in het levendige Malcesine. Van hieruit kan je ook mooie uitstappen doen naar de Monte baldo, het dorp of de andere mooie dorpjes in de buurt of een dagje gaan surfen. Kortom, toplocatie!

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia per una settimana e siamo stati molto molto bene. Appartamento nuovo, ben organizzato, molto pulito e insonorizzato ( aspetto molto importante per questo tipo di strutture). Posizione eccezionale perché fuori dal traffico della gardesana ma, allo stesso tempo, comoda al centro di Malcesine (una passeggiata 10/15 minuti) e vicina ad alcuni locali e ristoranti. Bellissimo il giardino esterno e la piscina. Il plauso finale al personale, molto accogliente e sempre sorridente e sempre disponibile a rispondere alle esigenze dei clienti. Sicuri torneremo e lo consiglierei a parenti ed amici. GRAZIE MILLE

Die Anlage ist neu, großzügig geschnitten, die Apartments sind sauber und schön geschnitten, sehr schönes modernes Bad.Man kann dort Frühstücken oder Semmeln bestellen. Die Lage ist ruhig und Startpunkt vieler Ausflüge z. B. Radtouren. Die Dame an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit :)
