"The property was excellent and well maintained. The staff were very warm and attentive. Would like to book again. The only slight glitch was in the breakfast rates. We had made a booking without breakfast. As per trip.com offer breakfast rate was Rs 450 per person to be paid at the hotel. But the actual rates were Rs 750 plus tax. So double check the rates with the reception before availing."

"Nice and spacious room was provided. Food was delicious. The main attraction was the swimming pool, kids play area and the river view. Gym and playing area is not properly maintained. Overall a nice place to stay with family."

"Hotel is good, buts its not in perinthalmanna as mentioned in portal, its 13 km away from town at melattur. So if you have work at perinthalmanna then its not the hotel i would recommend. If you are on a vacation and want to spend time in resort kind of setting then its a good place. Overall people at hotel are friendly, rooms are spacious and clean"

"The room and washroom were very spacious. Really liked the them. A bath curtain in the washroom would have been good to prevent splashing of water to the remaining area. Food had to be ordered from nearby hotel whose menus are available in the room. The food was good too from those places. Only drawback i felt during my stay was, there only one other guest on the hotel while i was staying. The hotel therefore looked very isolated. Also the external lighting of the hotel during the night can be better"

GGuest UserIt was comfortable staying at the hotel. Even though the room was bit smaller, i am impressed with cleanliness. Staff's were very co operative and helpful. The most convenient thing is the location of the property, which is right in the middle of the town and have access to all adjacent locations.
