SSyafiqah JasniWhile i agree that the location is OK, near to Malang Station. It's not spacious even for two people. Not recommended for more than 1 because it's not spacious for travellers. Also, when i asked for Iron + board, the hotel says they don't provide it. if you want , they have service for that and you must paid for it. so much for 3 or 4 stars hotel.

Checking-in was a breeze, but they do not bother helping with moving luggages. The doorman would just look at you.
The room was big. The corridor isn’t carpeted, so you can hear doors slamming and people talking outside your room rather clearly. They do have comfortable bed and pillows though.
There was no safety deposit box in my room. Called housekeeping, and a chap brought in the metal box... while hugging it. The box was light. He just placed it on a shelf, and walked away. I mean, what's the use of having a light, moveable safe? It's okay. 3 stars hotel experience.
Was told that the hotel doesn’t provide iron and ironing board and guests can use their ironing service for a fee of course instead. Reminds me of some budget hotel stay instead of any other normal 4 stars hotels.
The cleanliness was abysmal, honestly showering in public would be a better choice. I could not walk around inside there barefooted. The shower floor was slimy, with mould growing on the walls. It was unacceptable for being rated as a 4 star hotel.
Service was good though. Everyone seems eager to please. Breakfast was good. Location is excellent as it's connected to a mall.
Amenities wise just needs more sprucing up. Alright stay but for the price, there are other alternatives that can provide better.

CCristineThe room we stay in is so dirty. We arrived at 10:00 PM because we took road trip. After 14 hours drive, we expected the room will.be nice. At least clean and comfortable to stay in. But what we found? It seems like the room never got cleaned for a long time. Under the bed, there was empty mineral bottle and a used spoon. Also a drawing sheet , probably from the guess who stayed before us.
Dust are everywhere under the bedside table. When we moved the bed a little bit, dust are so thick under the bed, together with the empty mineral water bottle and used spoon.
I reported this disappointment to the reception, and they said all rooms are occupied. Only a house keeper came to help sweep the dirty floor and mopped it.
What a bad experience with a 4* hotel.
Btw i was late to take a photo of all the trash in the room. Too tired 😩
The next day, the hotel manager handled this case and apologize. He allows late check out as compensation and sent fruit platters to our room.
Thank you for this prompt compensation from their side.

AAnonymous UserComfort bedroom, but the bathroom is too tight. Everytime you take shower, all the waters spill everywhere. The toilet bowl was placed too close to the wall, you cannot spread your leg comfortly
Worst valet parking system. I was waiting 30 minutes to get my car back while others that came after me got their cars already.

PPutri RamadantyIf you go to Malang, always stay at the Grand Citihub! Besides the place being clean, around the hotel there are lots of culinary delights in Kayutangan, lots of really trendy cafes. Then, if you want to order food at the restaurant, it's also so simple and what's more, the view from the hotel room is really beautiful!!!

Mmrs.ichaNew great experience for us. At first I was a little hesitant about wanting to stay at this hotel, but I was curious about the Victorian style outside the building, so we stayed, and it's really as good as it is luxurious for a hotel of that class, but the only thing that is lacking in maintenance is that the rooms are a bit old and perhaps not paid enough attention to like the furniture in the rooms. the shower. Yesterday I had a sink that was a bit clogged and the room AC wasn't cold enough even though it was already 18°, but it was still paid off with fast, responsive and satisfying service. Hopefully it will continue to be successful and the room facilities can be further rejuvenated. Thank you for the hospitality.

TTravelingwithabackpackThe hotel is nice, it is a good location to go to mount bromo, ijen and taking a trip to the waterfalls. There are no shops nearby unfortunately, so had to use grab and Gojek.
The room was a little dirty, but it’s ok. The bed is reallly comfortable and also have an English movie channel on the tv.
Staff are super friendly and I would stay here again.
