My stay at Seven Secrets by Hanging Gardens was nothing short of magical. The resort perfectly blends luxury and tranquility, offering breathtaking ocean views and a serene atmosphere. The private crystal-clear beach felt like a hidden paradise, and the personal jacuzzi in my suite with its ocean view was the ultimate indulgence. The staff was incredibly attentive, with 24-hour butler service ensuring every need was met effortlessly. Whether relaxing by the infinity pool or exploring the lush surroundings, every moment was pure bliss. Truly a hidden gem in Lombok!

This resort is a must visit. Serene, private with exceptional staff and facilities. Nothing was too much bother for any staff, always smiling and going out of their way to accommodate any request. Congratulations to Dewa and his food and beverage team, Reception staff, Spa staff, housekeeping, grounds and all staff associated with the resort. Luxurious rooms and amenities and located on an amazing beach with spectacular sunsets. Loved every minute of it.

An exceptional, exclusive, cozy, very private place in a setting where nature is queen and well protected. The beach is fantastique. Exceptional welcome, very attentive service with careful luxury of the buildings. The rooms are very comfortable, very nice with luxury accommodations. A place to discover!

Fantastic hospitality with great food! Quite new hotel and overall good standard on the facilities. Also nice long beach with friendly locals but overall nice a quiet. A good gym for the size of the hotel and good spa. The only thing to consider is that compared to other similar hotels excursions, spa and food is a bit higher priced but standard is also high. An extra warm thank you to Dewa Utama for everything! Overall strongly recommend

Modern design hotel which is in our opinion mix of Italian and Asian culture. What we loved most was the proximity to the sea and watching of the fishermen boats. The breakfast and dinner with barefoot experience. Great view of the room and the staff was very friendly and nice. Great massage from Putri - thank you. Prices in the restaurant are a little higher but the food was delicious. Maintenance of the white colour design features looks demanding :)

The absolute star of this location in the staff and the level of service. Service that not only reacts to your needs but predicts them, suggesting (without intrusion) opportunities that you not even have thought of. The really wonderful local staff are the cornerstone of the fantastic holiday I had here. The facilities (both in room and in the hotel more broadly) are excellent, having everything you might need. Everything is in perfect working order, kept fastidiously clean. The location of fantastic, with not just a beach at your doorstep, but snorkelling will reveal amazing coral and fish just a few meters from the shore. You’ll watch the sun set over the ocean and behind Bali every evening. I travelled alone, staying for 11 nights. I needed a calm, relaxing and restorative holiday and this was absolutely perfect for me. This hotel would be fantastic for couples as well as families and groups of friends.
