入住是管家式服務，有位大叔領着一路告訴健身房在哪兒，幾個餐廳開放的時間，我們到房間的時候行李已經送到房間裏放好了。位置在老城區市中心，吃飯逛街去遊輪都超方便，步行即可

這個酒店在老城區，就在畢加索博物館的斜對面，地址簡直無敵，旁邊很多美食，前台介紹了此行吃過最好吃的tapas，還不貴。新翻修的，房間挺漂亮，挺大的，乾淨整潔舒適。前台態度很好，工作人員態度也不錯，早餐也很精緻。非常非常值得一住的酒店，逛累了，隨時回酒店歇着。注意事項：，歐洲旅遊帶大孩子，一定一定注意要加床，不然現場加錢，不便宜的。

This could be a much better hotel, but it suffers from staffing issues. Housekeeping never managed to get everything right, and one day didn’t even show up until after I called to complain after 4:30 pm. The breakfast food is good, but once again there are staff problems - many orders seem to get mislaid, we had to wait more than a half hour and reorder with the manager before we could get anything, and we saw other tables with the same problem. We would not stay here again.

Beautiful rooms and very central location. It is in the heart of the city centre so you are aware of that around you but didn't find the surrounding life to be intrusive. We had a problem with a noisy neighbouring room and the staff handled it with panache and were so helpful. The hotel is beautiful and all the staff from front desk to restaurant to service staff are all so friendly and helpful which makes such a difference in this standard of hotel. For myself, I found the beds much too hard for me (although I suffer from sciatica). However I would stay here again in a heartbeat. It's a very special place

Booked family room, was instead given 2 rooms
Next 2 each other with no interlocking door. We have a 2 year old and 5 year old! Hotel threw us all in a double stead but refused to refund family room rate. Quite astonishing for a so called luxury hotel
