Once done, they send you another email with the buttons that open the entrance door and the room, all directly from the phone. There is a QR code there that you are supposed to scan and just follow the steps, I didn't have to use it because I was already able to access with the email. Everything was very easy and super fast, nothing to do with the negative comments I had read. If you don't receive an email, ask for the welcome email. The room was fine, it's not a hotel, but it was fine for me for what I was looking for... the bathroom was perfect and the room too. We slept well.
