I had a reservation in this apartment and the same day of entry they inform me that they have been flooded and they ignore the problem. The reservation was made two months before and it is curious that the very day I have to enter the apartment it floods with the consequent expense of reserving a place that same day and the difficulty of finding some relatively decent accommodation without advance notice. The management has been informed that the corresponding legal actions will be filed against the accommodation for this fact. I would not recommend anyone to book these apartments.

La posizione della struttura è ideale. Direttamente sulla strada principale. L'appartamento affaccia sul retro e forse è anche meglio perché la strada è meno rumorosa. Abbiamo fatto il check-in on line ed abbiamo avuto la possibilità di restare anche oltre l'ora del check out. L'appartamento è luminoso e molto grande. Siamo stati benissimo.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem umgebauten Haus an perfekter Lage. Die Wohnungen sind sehr grosszügig und in gutem Zustand. Für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt ist alles vorhanden und sauber. Speziell sind die Dachterrassen zu den Appartement im 3. Stock. Leider im Sommer sehr heiss und der Sonne ausgesetzt. Für Reisende mit Mietwagen befindet sich das grosse Parkhaus nur 3 Minuten Fussweg entfernt. Vergünstigte Tarife in Absprache mit der Rezeption. Wir können den Aufenthalt im Santa Cruz empfehlen.
