Hotel Humaina

I called yesterday to say that I would arrive on the day of the reservation around 6/7 p.m., a certain Cristina answered me and told me that there would be no problem if I arrived before 10 p.m. I show up at the hotel, after a road with many curves that gets a bit heavy, around 5:30 p.m. and to my surprise I don't see any car at the door or in the hotel parking lot… I'm already getting upset, I continue inside and I get to the terrace, which was under construction, they tell me that I cannot park there and I answer that it is only to take the luggage down and then three people come out (the receptionist, the cook and another who was the bricklayer) no one else in the hotel , not a soul, and in unison they tell me that there is no water in the hotel, well I had already read this in a previous review, how come there is no water? How did Cristina not tell me yesterday? They apologize, they lie to me saying that they are going to send a vat of water, the cook tells my wife that she has prepared a lot of sirloins... I don't know for whom if there is no one there, I let them know and they tell me that Yes, customers return at night.
