Walls were mouldy. Room had a smell to it, bathroom was shared which we were unaware of when booking.
Had to cross the hall to the shared toilet. Bathroom was locked or someone was in it from 5am-11am so had to get clothes on and walk upstairs to use a different one which when half asleep was less than ideal.
Overall not a pleasant stay. Owner seemed nice though.

this place was absolutely terrible! I booked this place for my son and I communicated with this place that he would be arriving late evening from the airport. When he arrived no one was there and no one answered the phone. He was stranded alone in the middle of the night. There was no where for him to rebook considering the time of night. This place needs to be removed from your catalog immediately as this was a very dangerous situation.

Excellent location, a stone's throw from Fernando El Católico, and a 10 minute walk from the centre. Simple rooms, but clean and equipped with everything. Shared bathroom on each floor, very clean. Friendly and helpful owner. Excellent value for money. I advise

AWFUL accommodation. If you want to be sure of a place to sleep, do not book with them, since it is common practice for them to cancel reservations hours in advance if they find someone who pays them better. We had reserved with them for 1 month and just 3 hours before entering they canceled the reservation notifying us by email. We called immediately and the lady told us that it was already cancelled, without giving us a solution. It was the Malaga film festival and they had wanted to get more out of the room. There are many honest businesses in this beautiful city so I advise you NOT to book with businesses of this ilk.
