Cold & adjustable aircond with ceiling fan. Comfortable bed & pillows. Separate toilet, shower and bath tub; with bath salt & rubber duck. Free and covered parking, parking attendants even cleaning up your car windscreen for free. Free wifi. Complimentary in-room coffee makers & menu bar items. Satisfying breakfast buffet. No deposit required. Walking distance to Jonker Street & other nearby attractions. Quality herbal-smell toiletries. Cons: Arrived early but need to wait quite sometimes as room was not ready. Long lines at the front desk during my check-out. No bidet. Limited tv channels. Lousy noise when using water spray next to toilet.

### Review of Hotel Majestic Malacca I recently stayed at Hotel Majestic Malacca and had a mixed experience. The room was very clean, and I enjoyed a nice bathtub experience, which was a highlight. However, the soundproofing in the room was lacking; I could hear conversations from the next room until midnight, so it might be helpful to request a quiet, non-smoking room when booking. Additionally, there was a noticeable smoking smell coming from next door, and the pillow had an unpleasant odor. I found the mattress to be too soft for my preference, which affected my comfort. The room featured a coffee machine, and I appreciated that I could request additional capsules. I also liked the eco-friendly touch of using glass bottles for drinking water. However, be aware that items like cup noodles and drinks in the fridge are chargeable. Breakfast offered an à la carte menu that was just average—acceptable but nothing special. I didn't have time to explore the gym or swimming pool, as my days were filled with walking around Malacca city. The toilet amenities, however, did not meet my expectations considering the room price. I think they could benefit from using a better-smelling shower gel and shampoo. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and provided good service throughout my stay. There is parking available behind the building, but as a woman returning late, I appreciated being able to park in front of the hotel for safety. Overall, while there were several drawbacks, the cleanliness and service made for a decent stay.

The parking fee is rm5 per 24 hours if you validate your card with the counter staff. However, the counter staff overlook the correct time to validate, and our parking hour is less than 24 hours... Except for the parking issue, the rest are all good. Recommended to others

One of the best hotel to stay in Malacca, not a busy location. Everything was good but we had a problem with lift where it takes us some times up to 30minutes waiting with either full load or special service (as if we are not special as a hotel guest). Amenities should have been excellent but most of the shopping tenant had closed down, less choice to have your lunch or dinner in the same building. Hopefully more tenant will come in and make the shopping gallery great again and make it even worth to stay here.

Very big apartment suitable for large families in an unbeatable location just opposite Dahtaran Palawan Mall and Melaka Raya eateries and shops within walking distance behind the hotel. However, the hotel needs some renovation as the kitchenette and wardrobe cabinets are looking dated, and it would be good to introduce a safer way to cross the busy street to access the mall opposite. There was no hot water in the shower during our 2 day stay, hope this issue has been fixed.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, with a special mention to Augustine from the restaurant, who went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable. My family really enjoyed our time here, and we will definitely be returning for another stay. Highly recommended!

I had an overnight trip with parents during CNY period. It is very fabulous and wonderful service from the hotel. This is my first time to stay. Definitely paying such fee is worth it as their service quality is very great. Of course facility there also can satisfy me well. I like their shower system as well. Quite nice and comfortable. I definitely will pay for next stay again if have chance of coming to Malacca.

3rd time staying at this hotel. It is generally well-maintained for its age (since 2012). Very nice breakfast selection with nasi lemak, roti canal and a lovely nyonya laksa. The only gripe we have is that the pool water is way too cold for our liking, and they have not done anything to remedy this after all these years.
