The One Vacation Home, Malacc

Melaka City Center
The room is clean and tidy, in very good condition, with a balcony for drying clothes, free washing machines, free water dispensers for boiling and ice water, and a shared kitchen and bathroom. The location is also excellent, about a 10-minute walk from major attractions such as the Dutch Red House. The most important thing is that the landlord is not only humorous, but also very enthusiastic. I was planning to stay in Malacca for only one day, so I only booked a room for one day. Since his house was full later, I couldn't renew it, so I had to book another one. The landlord not only helped drive me to another one, but also helped me complete the complicated check-in procedures for that one (if it weren't for the landlord's help with the local language advantage and App advantage, I might not be able to successfully check in at all). I was very touched! Highly recommended to stay!

This hotel is in the perfect location. Just 2 minutes walk to Jonker Street. Friendly staff, clean hotel and our stay here was very pleasant. Restaurants are just located outside the hotel and therefore, there is no need to use your car to get around Jonker Street area. Best part is that they have a car park that is free for hotel guests - see photo. We will definitely come back to this hotel to stay for my next Melaka vacation. Highly recommended for those of you that wants to stay within walking distance to Jonker Street.

The reception team were exceptionally friendly! The hotel Is nice. It was very clean and the room was good. There are a few things that could be renovated, like the plug socket and shower head, but I would stay again. There was apparently an issue with the aircon which they informed me about when I checked in, but this was never an issue. The location is exceptional. It is a 30 second walk to Jonker street and there are restaurants, bars, coffee shops and cultural attractions in every direction you walk from the hotel. Great find, would recommend.
