Hotels in Klebang, Melaka

Highly recommended. Everything was good except for a few things that could be improved. Firstly, the air-conditioning was well below par - not functioning properly. Secondly the towels were quite worn and should be replaced. No drinking water provided. Our bathroom didn't have a shower mat. None of those issues were deal breakers and all the positives more than made up for it. I will definitely stay here again.

We have enjoy the apartments that we stay and they service is very good , we hope will come again enjoy the trip .

Our stay at this beautiful Balinese homestay in Klebang was unforgettable! The design is stunning, creating a serene atmosphere perfect for our family gathering. The owner’s attention to detail was remarkable—everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, from snacks to local tips. It’s a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. Three adults and one baby. The location is quite close to the Cultural Street, but the entrance is a bit roundabout. The soundproofing is a bit poor. You can see the building where the performance is held from the parking lot. There is a swimming pool, remember to bring your swimsuit.

Very nice and clean hotel. However, there were hiccups during check in. Check in time indicated is 3pm. We arrived at 4pm but was told that room not ready. Have to wait for 1 hour to get room allocation. So we brought the kids to the hotel’s playground and went back down to the reception 1 hour later only to be told to wait another 20minutes. After waiting for MORE THAN 20 minutes (with no staff at the reception at all) we went to enquire again. Was informed that we will be served next (after the current guest). So we waited again… in total, we waited about 2 hours just to get room keys. By then, our plans were all ruined due to the wait. We did not have time to explore Malacca Town as we have planned as it was a long weekend and we had to leave early the following day to avoid the traffic jam on the highway. All in all, the hotel is nice but the managing of the check in is terrible! 2 hours wasted just like that… if the reception staff informed us that it will take more than 2 hours to get the keys, perhaps we would not have waited at the hotel and proceed to town first. Hope to see improvement in this aspect

It's located in town but it's a bit distant to walk to the nearest shop. It takes less than 5 minutes to go to the nearest shop. Easy check in and check out. Staffs are helpful and friendly

The room is beautiful and clean, the view is beautiful and the pool is big.. the only problem is 1.. the parking lot is very far from the elevator, it is difficult to pick up or get off the goods, you have to drop off first by the elevator, then park and walk back towards the elevator.. refund system the one that needs 24 hours to be returned and you have to be patient.. he won't update unless the customer is already noisy and wants to respond.. this one doesn't have a washing machine, please be aware.. it's not worth repeating..
