"Positive side:
There's electric jug provided, even though no tea/coffee sachet there.
TV functions well.
Three mirrors including one in the bathroom.
There's a wardrobe but not enough space to hang the towels.
Got air conditioner n fan.
Negative side:
The room was quite small for triple.
The double and single bed were combined together😔.
The toilet was dirty especially the toilet bowl, there were stains everywhere ☹️.
Only two lamps in the room without bed lamp, one switch for them.
No lift... Luckily our room is only on the second floor."

"Located in Jonker Street. No guest parking provided.
Beautiful hotel with heritage concept.
Very friendly and helpful front desk and cafe staffs.
Got rare elevator
Clean and beautiful but quite small room.
Room got mini fridge, iron, hairdryer also arristo coffee machine. Complete !
Clean and best power shower.
Plus, they provide free ala carte breakfast for their guest. Happy for it !
For entertainment, maybe they can add more tv channels with good signal as all channels were not really clear to watch."
"Very good stay. Excellent location. Booked a twin room. Both beds are Super single. Housekeeping staff are very hardworking and friendly. Reception and reservations staff are friendly. Sent email to reservation for enquiry and they responded within hours. Very good.
Shopping malls (Mahkota Parade and Dataran Pahlawan Mall) are just next door. Jonker Street 10 mins walk. Many shopping, eateries and massage shops nearby.
Highly recommended. One of the best hotels in Malacca."
"I was getting ready to go to bed when I noticed the air conditioner in the room was literally leaking, not even dripping. Technician came to check up after a complaint was made to the receptionist. The technician asked if I was willing to change room as it would take quite a while to fix the leaking issue. As it was, I moved room from level 27 to level 21 in bathrobe and hotel slippers together with all my stuff. There was only a nice chap from the hotel reception that came to assist with moving of my belongings. All these happened at 23:06 (11:06pm). Just a horrible experience to go through. However, breakfast buffet spread was very good and the staff are generally very approachable and helpful except the lady who was manning the reception that night (night of 8/4/2025) who just seemed very impatient over the phone.
That being said, they moved me to a bigger room that night. The photos shown here are referring to the room that suffered the air conditioner leaking issue. I give them poor rating for the amenities based on the lack of servicing of the air conditioning unit in the room."
"It was a nice stay and the staff were really friendly and professional. Location is good and the place is relatively new. Enjoyed my stay at Baba House!"
"The Superior Twin Room is just like a little studio apartment, spacious and comfy with super low price! There is 2 air-con and 1 fan in the room, truly amazing!
▶Cleanliness could have been better, 4/5
▶Basement parking provided.
Downside: My room facing main road, so it was quite noisy(the sound of motorcycle speeding by) in the night."

Outstanding
GGuest UserA great hotel to experience Peranakan style and culture. It's not exactly in the center , about 10 minutes walk from main attractions, but uts a nice walk on local streets.
My main concern would be the soundproofing of the rooms, I could hear everything that's happening in the rooms on the right and left, even the water flushing 😳
My room was 702 which had a connecting door, maybe that is why. But definitely something to keep in mind

AAnonymous UserMy partner high recommended this hotel cause she stayed here before.
And My personal experience I find the service were good from the reception, security guard, housekeeping and a guy at gym v friendly , Chef, F&B team very energetic v welcoming u to bfast. Person who delivered meal to our room also v friendly.
However, some awful experienced at first room assigned room 2002 AC not cold and v bad sewage the moment you open the entrance door. We asked for room move then to 2703 the moment we entered overpowering of air freshener was sprayed follow by we saw the sofa have a big round stained and a debris on the floor so I immediately told the bellman unacceptable but it was too late we decided to stay.
On Sat 2nd night at wee hour of 12 midnight, my room was on Do Not Disturb sign on and staff still knocking on my door for few times to deliver something for we have not asked for. We got a shocked of our life from the Big Bang knocked and call the operator…. And he said sorry… worse experience ever. My partner got very scared and got migraines after. Do not invade or ignore people privacy sign.
Overall our stay was a OK even though with few incidents happened.

MMuhammad Irsyad Bin ZainiI recently had the pleasure of staying at OYO 90899 Tube Hotel Melaka and the experience surpassed all expectations. From the moment I stepped through the grand entrance, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that set the tone for a truly memorable stay.
The check-in process was seamless, with the staff demonstrating exceptional hospitality and efficiency. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was evident, from the elegant lobby adorned with tasteful decorations to the well-appointed rooms that exuded both comfort and style.
Speaking of rooms, mine was a haven of tranquility. The furnishings were modern and plush, creating a cozy ambiance that made it difficult to leave. The bed was a highlight, offering a heavenly night's sleep with its luxurious linens and a selection of pillows that catered to personal preferences.
The hotel's amenities were equally impressive. The fitness center boasted state-of-the-art equipment, and the spa provided a rejuvenating escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool, offering breathtaking views of the city skyline. It was the perfect spot to unwind and soak up the sun.
Dining was a culinary delight. The on-site restaurant showcased a diverse menu featuring both local and international cuisine. The chefs' commitment to using fresh, high-quality ingredients was evident in every dish. The breakfast buffet was a standout, offering a wide array of options to suit every palate.
The service was impeccable, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Requests were handled promptly and with a genuine smile, adding a personal touch that made me feel like a valued guest.
The location of the hotel was also ideal, situated in close proximity to popular attractions, dining options, and shopping districts. Whether I was exploring the city or simply strolling through the nearby parks, everything was conveniently within reach.
In conclusion, my stay at [Hotel Name] was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of luxurious accommodations, top-notch amenities, and outstanding service created a truly memorable experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a refined and indulgent getaway. I look forward to returning to [Hotel Name] in the future for another unforgettable stay.

KKeenakittyWe booked 2 superior double rooms on 19- 21 March 2025. We stayed at level 2 (highest floor).
Location : The hotel is located conveniently about 5 mins walk from the Jonkers street.
Amenities: The room is equipped with basic hotel items such as bathroom towel, shower gel, shampoo, toothbrush/toothpaste set, refrigerator, hairdryer, bedroom slipper. Very spacious shower area. It does not come with face towel so bring yours if you need it. Only 2 hangers given, but okay with us. The aircon had some vibration sound. We called the front desk and they quickly responded by sending someone up to check on the aircon.
Parking: The hotel provides complimentary parking lots and there were plenty of lots in there.
Checkout was fast.
Generally pleased with the price we paid. May book again.

AAlly EjaLocation: strategic near jonker walk, klebang beach, various other facilities such as 7E, Farmasi and many more.
Check-in: services and inquiries are less than satisfactory. Put a sweet, polite and civilized face near the counter so that customers who come tired of driving from afar do not lose their mood.
Exit Registration: the checkout process takes time, you have to wait for them to check the room before returning the deposit. there is usually a little boy eating a little dirty snack near the bed sheet. wash it, you won't wash it after we checkout. You can also recycle the towels that we used on the first day. the second day you put the same towel.
Accommodation and rooms: so far beautiful suite-type rooms. Satisfied.
BBoon Kwang RaymondHotel acquire by other management, no more complimentary car parking, daily RM6, amenities are old, don’t expect that kind of stay before covid. Change a lot. Lift also intermittently jam, breakfast normal.
GGuest UserThe facilities are old and it’s clean but not spotless, so u may need to wipe ur table and switch if u mind the dust.
The air condition is really cold and blanket is not really thick which makes me freezing overnight, thank god I got my bf to warm me.
The towels are not recommended to use cuz it looks dirty and used before.
The floor is a bit sticky but acceptable, wish next time can provide a slipper.
The area is not noisy during our staying and the water dispenser is working but not produce hot water.
There’s a pharmacy downstairs so it’s convenient to buy smt u need, oso 7-11 and a burger stall nearby.
In conclusion, u get what u paid for.
