Positive side:
There's electric jug provided, even though no tea/coffee sachet there.
TV functions well.
Three mirrors including one in the bathroom.
There's a wardrobe but not enough space to hang the towels.
Got air conditioner n fan.
Negative side:
The room was quite small for triple.
The double and single bed were combined togetherđ.
The toilet was dirty especially the toilet bowl, there were stains everywhere âšď¸.
Only two lamps in the room without bed lamp, one switch for them.
No lift... Luckily our room is only on the second floor.

The reception team were exceptionally friendly!
The hotel Is nice. It was very clean and the room was good. There are a few things that could be renovated, like the plug socket and shower head, but I would stay again.
There was apparently an issue with the aircon which they informed me about when I checked in, but this was never an issue.
The location is exceptional. It is a 30 second walk to Jonker street and there are restaurants, bars, coffee shops and cultural attractions in every direction you walk from the hotel.
Great find, would recommend.

Hotel facilited with fridge, tv, aircon abit slow bt works awhile to cool, but good after awhile. Instant kopi, green tea bags, mineral water & toothpaste/brush, general soaps provided. Hotel is a few steps frm lobby to a kerabat coffeeshop- anytime for kopi ikat tepi, & surrounding are great bazaars at the front pitched at evening, left is pahlawan bazaar of ur nice dodol, keropoks, chincaloks shopping & malls & shopping ctr front & safari themed Karaoke at hotelâs right area. Dnt forget Menara taming sari just across hotel abt 50m to experience. All is so convenient & accessible & Bus coach at escadia hotel was also a 10mins less walk. Definitely needs a good walking shoes, walk all day/night frm jonker street bazaar to melaka river cruise & historics sites. Thank u Hotel Explorer, our Melacca stay with you was a nice one

A 2-year old boutique hotel. Super friendly staff, love the nice Perankan deco around the hotel. Comfortable bed and pillows with standard room amenities. Love the shower gel fragrance. Free movie screening nightly at the courtyard; good place to relax with a drink and snacks while watching movie. Good location, walking distance to Jonker St but away from the buzzling noise. Highly recommended and will book this hotel again.

Overall not so good. The front desk girl didnât understand what I saying. The room is quite big but got smelly in the hotel.
Most important thing is the parking!! There said 24h for Rm5 but need go to front desk first.but I already take my card go front desk when I check out the parking slot it deducted my balance for around RM21!

The Superior Twin Room is just like a little studio apartment, spacious and comfy with super low price! There is 2 air-con and 1 fan in the room, truly amazing!

Downside: My room facing main road, so it was quite noisy(the sound of motorcycle speeding by) in the night.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights for my family vacation. My family has 2 small children, we had a great time here. The family apartment is very spacious, comfortable, clean. The apartment building has a swimming pool for adults and children. There was a problem with the door lock in the living room bathroom, but it was fixed by the owner the next day. It was not a problem. We really like this type of accommodation. We will come back next time.

NN6Amazing stay! Definitely a 5 star experience. The staff were friendly and attentive. For someone whoâs big on cleanliness, this place was spotless. Towels prepared for guests by the pool and in the gym, very thoughtful! Breakfast was good, and the location is really convenient. Itâs about a 15 minute walk to Jonker Street, or you can grab a ride for less than RM6. Highly recommend this place!

First, the cleanliness left something to be desired. We were surprised to find strawberries and a sandwich left behind by the previous guest in our roomâs fridge, which made us question the attention to detail in housekeeping.
On a positive note, the staff were friendly and provided good service whenever we needed assistance. However, the check-in and check-out processes were frustratingly slow compared to other hotels weâve stayed at, which detracted from the overall experience.
The highlight of this hotel is its location. Itâs very convenient for getting to various attractions and spots around the area, which made our trip more enjoyable.
Overall, while the location and staff service were positive aspects, improvements in cleanliness and efficiency are needed for a better guest experience.

Check-in: services and inquiries are less than satisfactory. Put a sweet, polite and civilized face near the counter so that customers who come tired of driving from afar do not lose their mood.
Exit Registration: the checkout process takes time, you have to wait for them to check the room before returning the deposit. there is usually a little boy eating a little dirty snack near the bed sheet. wash it, you won't wash it after we checkout. You can also recycle the towels that we used on the first day. the second day you put the same towel.
Accommodation and rooms: so far beautiful suite-type rooms. Satisfied.

Location is very good, with parking at the premise available and around 10 minites walk to Jonker Street.
The staff is also very friendly, greeting is everytime they saw us.
There is also a filter water machine right outside our room which is a big plus.
However, I think the wall is not that good with noise, can help a bit on the neighbour room.
But overall, we had a very nice and comfy stay. Will definiyely come back if ever visit Melaka again.

RRUI QIGreat location if youâre going to Malacca by coach bc itâs right at the pickup/drop off point outside hatten hotel. Hotel came with bedroom slippers, amenities like shampoo/conditioner/body wash, disposable toothbrush, and bottled water which was appreciated. The room itself isnât the cleanest because there was a lot of dust all around. There were also stains on the couch in the suite.
Breakfast was just downstairs, simple but nothing fancy. Good part was the egg options. The coffee machine was broken for quite awhile on both days of our stay during breakfast. Met quite a few staff who were friendly and nice - cleaning lady on level 6, the concierge staff who helped us store our bags and guy who was fixing the coffee machines on both days. Overall an okay stay for a family trip to Malacca but would hope to have cleaner rooms!
