All okay.

Arrived at the front office at around 5pm but front office informed that there is no room available even my name is in their system and have paid. Never encountered this all my life. He said these agents just confirmed the availability without liaising with the hotel. At last he gave me a room with no toothbrush and toothpaste. No bathing towel. As we have paid no choice we had to stay for the night. No returning back in the future.

I wish they prioritize the water supply and pressure in upper level bathroom. Last time I checked in, I had to use the dustbin to keep the water. ( But ofcourse i did wash it first)Plus, they didn't include amenities such as toothbrush, toothpaste or even mineral water bottle hm. anyways, good stay.

It was a good environment when I checked in before, but this time I checked in at 7 and the reception felt that the environment was not good enough, I hope it can be improved 👍👌👌👌

WRONG hotel pin location...!!! Annoying... Coming from far away.. follow the location pin given.. nope... 👎

There is no pipe head toilet, there is no safety door for outsiders to open, very bad experience

The room is moderately large...it's just for relaxing and sleeping...everything else is satisfactory
