Location okay. Next to the hotel there is a nyonya restaurant and also a massage shop Next to it.

The room was spacious but didn’t look very clean. The towels were quite old, and the bidet spray in the toilet had a broken nozzle.

Balcony door lock of booked room was broken. Hotel allowed change of room. New room hairdryer plug fuse was melted. Hotel gave new hairdryer. Hand and face towels not provided in new room - I was too tired to have to keep asking for things by this time. Floor of both rooms sticky / dusty, feet turned black if walk barefooted. Must wear bedroom slippers provided. Shower curtain placement was too far out of shower area instead of within, resulting in shower water dripping outside shower area wetting the outer bathroom area. Over all a very poorly maintained crowded and busy hotel with buses full of tourists.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was a bit disappointed with the overall experience. The facilities are quite old and could use some upgrading. The breakfast had very limited choices, which was not ideal. Additionally, parking is not free, which was unexpected and inconvenient.

The first time I chose this hotel and downstairs there was not much food when it was night time.
The room is big and spacious but the pillow is too hard for us and compared to other hotels.
Basic things provided such as the refrigerator, hair dryer and hot water too.
Reception when night time if wanted to validate the parking ticket at the counter there were no people there and needed to wait. ( Hope the counter has people no matter how late. )

The room and bathroom were cozy and excellent definitely worth the low price. However, the noise from the main road at midnight was quite disturbing

The hotel has potential, but my stay had a few issues. The air conditioning in the room wasn’t working very well, which made it a bit uncomfortable. There was also noise from nearby building construction that affected the peacefulness. Hopefully, these can be improved in the future.

Room was spacious for 2 pax. Bathroom was big, view was good.
Although room was big, didn’t have much amenities. We didn’t get house keeping to make the room as we didn’t want too much disruption to our stay. As the disposable items and bottled water as usually refilled by house keeping, we called the front desk for 2 bottles of water on our 2nd day, but was told that it cost 2rm for each extra bottle.
Apart from that, stay was pretty decent for price.
