Bad experienced!
1. Toilet door can't lock
2. Bedsheet dirty

The worst hotel to deal with. Front desk with that grumpy face upon our check in told us that breakfast was not included in our reservation even though we tried to show our booking confirmation. Throughout the stay we did not consume any breakfast as it was told it would be an additional charge. Now when we dispute the inclusions thru our online travel agent, hotel twisted their words by stating breakfast was included and our family did consumed the breakfast. So hotel side, please provide us with an evidence showing our family members are physically sitting at the breakfast area and were physically consuming the breakfast happily. Iβll be looking forward to that piece of evidence. Bunch of liars that we have to deal with really shows how unprofessional they are. First and the last time staying there. Not worth for anything.

Nice place to stay with a swimming pool at the top of this building... suitable for bussiness travellers and couple...good price n very cleanness...

The hotel was bad accomodation. The room with leaking aircond, the mineral not provided, TV not function, the bath so dirty. Not recommeded for whose had big family. The breakfast so so..

Nice location. beside st peter's church catholic church. 15mins walk to Jonker night market and river cruise.

Location good, services at front desk very helpful. When I enter the room there is no hanger, tissue and no floor mat towel. Elektric cattle rust very dirty (yellowish) and request to change. Room space simple wide.

The location was lovely, but we were somewhat let down by both the price we paid and the quality of the hotel. It appeared aged, with several amenities in need of maintenance or replacement. However, the staff, particularly those at the front desk, room service, and bell desk, were exceptional and quite professional. Despite their efforts, my room seemed to have accumulated dust in the corners and under the furniture, which may have been exacerbated by the peak season rush.
Will I suggest this hotel or return for another stay? The response hinges on the price.
