- Ada pinggan kotor dalam microwave

- Ada sampah dalam tong sampah semasa sampai

- Tak ada arah kiblat (Biasa hotel/airbnb lekat dalam laci/siling)

i check in 3 days 2 nights. First night everything is good , but the next day air tiada . i call agent and then dorang kata ada masalah teknikal dan tunggu 30 minutes . after 30 minutes, air still tak ada sampailah i check out. So ? i tunggu dari 2pm sampai la hari esok. call 3/4 kali untuk kepastian tapi agent tak bagi solution and biarkan camtu je💁🏻♀️. Terpaksa kumpul air macam ni, tu pun tunggu 4/5 jam sebab nak pakai toilet . So next time better cari agent lain lagi bagus

DO NOT BOOK! The first room we were given was covered in mold and with a deep smell of damp, the aircon did not work either, we then raised this issue with the 'reception staff' who were not in the happiest of moods to be helping us, they then after a 10 minute wait and us pushing them for a resolution decided to give us a 'newly renovated room' to quote the staff. It was not new at all. The room still had a bad odor to it and not in the cleanest of conditions, one of the tiles in the new refurbished room was broken, and the bed frame was also broken, the soap bottles were also empty. Highly suggest booking somewhere else as these rooms are in awful condition epically for the price paid.

Worst stay here. The staff at the counter are less helpful and a bit arrogant. The parking space in the building is very dirty and very dusty. The parking area is scary and very dangerous for guests because there are also foreigners who often go back and forth in this area in a suspicious state and have been stopped trying to try to pick up vehicle doors here. There is no proper CCTV surveillance. The room was very smelly and still dirty and not cleaned properly. The bed sheet has ***** (air mani) and blood stains. No wifi as advertised for various reasons. The TV cannot be turned on. Feels like being cheated by the management of this place. The place is very bad and the service is very bad, I was told to pay a deposit of rm100 for no good reason and have to check out before 11am. Very unfair to the guest and feel cheated. Suggest to everyone out there, be careful if you want to choose this place.

after enter the room keep saw 2 cockroach🪳, rubbish got no clean still have, also bed no fold quilt, floor still got many hair
