Hotel is clean and suitable for families. The bed was great. Room service was quick. TV had sufficient channels and quality and size of screen is good. Plenty of water provided in room. The view of the junior suite was good but would have been better on a higher floor. Bathroom was huge and guests could request for chair within for elderly.
Has sauna and steam room in the hotel but no spa.
Seems a short distance from Jonker but will the long and unpredictable grab and room situation in melaka, the location of hotel becomes a inconvenience.
However, air-conditioning is unable to be controlled and was too cold at night. Breakfast needs a queue, and food is not fantastic and has no signature dishes that you can remember after.
Hotel does not respond much to request such as high floor or that there is a third guest in the room despite paying for an extra person. This is evident when the bathroom amenities, bathrobe and slippers provided were still in pairs. Though Hotel did top up more after the first day. When they do top up, they are not stingy.

Upon checkin the staffs will WhatsApp to check if everything is ok which I like this way of communication as the response was very fast. All the crew staffs were well mannered and I must say their service was top notch. The setup of the 3rd bed was fast and immediate upon arriving at our room. Hotel view was fantastic from 26th floor twin guest room. Room was clean well equipped though the aircon was very cold but that’s better than hot. International breakfast has a widespread of variety from western to Chinese to Muslim and Indian foods. We will definitely come back to this hotel for our future trips.

Room was spacious and clean! Loved the cookies given at check in. Check in was smooth, no queue. Breakfast was good, but can improve in variety. All in all, I would stay here again in Melacca.

The staff service was good. The amenities were great. Breakfast was good as there was a lot of variety. The location is a little far from Malacca City Centre but there were good food eateries within walking distance. Not much of shopping though.

Love the welcome biscuit! (But no drink)
Staff is friendly, just cannot accommodate as per our booking.
Disappointed with the buffet breakfast and cleanliness in room, dusty & not clean well the cups, bedsheet etc. Even phone is room is not working. Disappointed with what we are paying for.

Bathtub is a little bit small, but overall room is super comfy, bed is the best after i stayed for so many hotels.
