My go to hotel when in Melaka. This time we booked the room without breakfast as we want to try local food at nearby restaurants or warung. We had tried the breakfast buffet at the Swiss Garden cafe before but from the reviews we read for this year, there's not much different and variety too. 😉 Shower area just beside the bed and altho it's matted glass but can still see the silhouette. Better bring kain sarung. 😆 Our room is at floor 21 and during this school holidays, there's so many people thus need to wait a lil bit for the lift. Sigh! Overall we enjoyed our stay here although it's really scorching hot 🔥🥵 during the day. No mood for jalan2. My kids spent majority of the time at the pools. 😁

Overall is okay, room is clean, facilities is okay. Love the location a lot, nearby all the attraction and food stall. 2km away already reach Jonker Street and almost to Dataran Pahlawan by foot. But, the bad part is lift too slow when peak hour.

Nice and excellent to stay there. Locate at strategic area, in front of Melaka River. Good is Super Delicious and value for money to eat and stay there. 👍👍👍❤️❤️ I will repeat stay here.

Booked last minute due to my working schedule. Front desk Bazli was unprofessional. Didn't check e tourism rate needed to be charged and still insist on me paying more despite me telling him all been charged upon booking online. With a black face served a guest. Please improve on customer service. Cleanliness needs to be improved a lot. I can see e room wasn't being kept clean for quite some time. I even found a little cockroach. E breakfast spread was nice and there was a variety to choose from. Probably my first and last stay.

Nice room, great breakfast. We enjoy our 21st wedding anniversary here. Will come again and bring more family for sure.. love

Room is clean and nice view. You can visit the sky tower and buy ticket at level 43 ( 25 RM for Mon-Thu and 35 RM for Fri-Sun)

Restaurant for breakfast not big enough.. 3 time I go down for breakfast (8.15am, 9.30am and 11.40am).. finally 11.40am I can get in for breakfast.. the worse part is the elevator.. got 4 lift. But only 2 can use.. other 2 special service. So I used the stairs to go down to the G floor from the 16th floor..Others like view, cleanlines, amenities, water park very superb..

Cleanliness good, nearby kg morten and many more place. Just need to wait for lift . Overall everything good.

Overall superb! Got same facilities with SwissGarden, pool, gym, plus the breakfest are good, worth every cent. Better add kids next time, only 15 ringgit. Also location are near to Jonker Walk n Little India, the room are spacious also

Lift problem during peak hour weekend. Other is okay. Worth it for the view.

This Hotel and Residence is equipped with huge rooms, an effective strategy to impress their guests. My feedback for improvement are as follows: 1) To guide their guests on the exact level of hotel rooms. 34005 is written on my room card, there is no 34 displayed on elevator button. I returned to reception and was told it is level 33A. 2) Waiting for your/my turn to enter any one of the four lifts is a painful task during peak season. 3 min to get into a lift. To get from level 33A to G floor can easily consume you at least 8- 12 min as it stops on each level. A baby boy was crying in his stroller while waiting for the lift to reach G floor. He had been in the poorly ventilated and congested lift before me. We met at level 33A and it took us 7 min to reach G floor. 3) To provide more varieties fof breakfast buffet.I understand that this hotel offers an affordable price for a comfortable stay especially for a big family and much better than the small hotel rooms at Jonker Walk. We can't complain much on the buffet spread. In my humble opinion, the hotel can add two or three dishes representing the Peranakan culture in Melaka. It would be a wonderful experience for us. 4) For first-time visitors like me, do pay attention on the huge car park on level 7. There are at least 3 lift lobbies and I ended up reaching Swiss Hotel lobby, De Wan restaurant and the actual hotel lobby itself during my one night-stay. A clear signboard(s) of which lobby reaches which hotel/retail outlet can be helpful. 5) Most importantly is to adopt best practices for welcoming and greeting your guests at the reception. As I mentioned, not all of us would know that level 34 being written on our room card is actually level 33A on elevator button. Alerting/helping them/me is a great way to go beyond and leave a lasting impression. Thank you
