We had a very long journey. So tired and just need some rest. As a hotelier, we do umderstand how basic customer service should work. But we had to experienced tragicly below basic service. Receptionist at front desk, not welcoming us with any greetings, suprisingly he even enjoyed singing out loud while doing our checked in. Saw notice mention regarding RM50 charges for late check out starting at 12.01pm. Its not been explain by any staff. We normally will check out before 12.15pm at any other hotels. Lucky i read it at the wall behind the counter. Our room at far behind the building. No clear direction to our room. Just saw wall with marker pen writing showing arrows. N more suprised when we saw our room condition as in the photo attached. Dirty floormate towel, bed was tucked like that and there is still baby pampers in the toilet bin. So i assume our room actually not ready for any guest to stay when the time shows it almost 4pm. So we both have to drag our luggage and bags down to find the receptionist again. He gave us another room, and blaming his collegue for marking in the system shows the room is ready. Obviously thats not our problem to know. Heart breaking when he don't even say sorry to us or try to make up anything to us. We checked out the earliest time the next day.
