Everything is good except the cleanliness need to improve a bit. Saw few cockroaches😵💫 the aircond not really cool , TV no channel at all and no refrigerator and hair dryer🫠

The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The bed was extremely comfortable with high-quality linens, and the bathroom was stocked with premium toiletries.

Hotel okay.. room clean.. only got a little bit of soap stain in the bathroom but it's fine with us. Tv not working at first, then the maintenance came and repaired. Given an extra pillow, the front desk answered our call and solved our problem.
Then the only unhappy here is the Bangladeshi staff is new and it's hard to communicate in english or malay. Overall, I'm a happy traveller. Thanks.
