Stayed at 18 floor,the toilet is smelly had to buy ambi pur from Mr diy downstairs. Lift is very slow. The room is missing torch light and I have to request floor towel from housekeeping. The room house phone is faulty. Called 0 and duty manager extension,both can hear their voice but they couldn't hear me and put phone down. Imagined if got emergency, how to contact them? Breakfast in the morning many people need to queue but the food is so so.

The hotel has an excellent location, being very close to Jonker Walk. While I noticed that the wall in the bathroom was damaged, everything else was clean and well-maintained. The convenience of having a shopping mall attached to the hotel was a great plus.

Happy to stay with. Will come again. Overall, good service❤️ Happy independence day to Malaysia.

Overall it is a good hotel to stay with a reasonable price. However, pillow is too soft and bed is quite hard.

Good things: Friendly receptionist. Fast check in/out. Variety foods for breakfast. Easy parking access. Large swimming pool. Easy access to shopping mall. Large balcony. Tv well functioned - can watch all channel. Nearby water taxi jetty. Meh things: Corridor (where my room located) - dirty (lots of seems like pieces of tissues on carpets. Bath tub not well function (water still running out after the stopper push in). Lots of crows at swimming area (level 9) - making noise.

Unfortunately the receptionists were very lousy during check in, they kept talking to each other and laughing. I was not sure if they were making fun of me because I couldn't understand their language but it was very annoying. They should be replaced with serious receptionists immediately. They lower the reputation of the hotel.

Swiss Garden Hotel is conveniently located within a shopping mall, and about 10-15 mins walk to the popular Jonker Street but if you’re up for some nearer street food and restaurants then it’s merely 3-4 mins walk. The hotel is clean, but it doesn’t provide room service if you’re hungry middle of the night. Amenities are well provided. Downside was the hot shower took sometime before it gets hot enough to shower. Otherwise overall experience is good. Free parking is located only at L7/8 otherwise Valet is at RM30 or outside parking is RM 15/day.

Good stay at premier king room for less than RM300. No bathtub was available at my room.

Last minute plan to Melaka. Choose this hotel because we just want to rest. The room is very spacious. There is a bath tub. And the best thing is, there is a balcony where we both can rest while watching the cruise below.

Good customer service. Friendly and polite. I asked for a room with a balcony and on a high floor and they gave me exactly that. 27th floor and a nice balcony overlooking Kampung Morten. Always loved coming here as the view from the highest floor is great as you can see both sides of Melaka. Its about a 15 minutes walk to Jonker Street and has great local street foods nearby namely the longkang seahum,

The room is super spacious and really comfy. Definitely will stay here again

Basic hotel with basic amenities. Services as expected nothing extraordinary. Hot water was off when showers used in the afternoon. But later turned on at night for the rest of the stay. Mold evident on the shower heads. Paid parking at ($10) level 3 and ($5) level 4. Free parking at level 7 and 8. Validate once upon checkin for the free parking. Press intercom at barrier to exit. Lift change at ground floor to get to from car park to the rooms and vice versa. Walking distance to some eateries nearby. Otherwise vehicle needed to get to further attractions.

1st time stayed at Hatten.. Warmth n smooth check in&out.. The room is quite big.. All staff that I meet are very helpful n friendly.. Definitely will stay here again..
