This is my 2nd time staying in this hotel.. Had a wonderful staycatiom with my family. The choices for breakfast are so limited. The service and the view of the whole of Melaka are wonderful. Thank you 🙏

The hotel is linked to a mall. The mall is quite empty with only a few shops and eateries open. There are a few coffeeshops nearby for breakfast or lunch but they close around 2.30pm. Convenience shop 7-11 is within walking distance. The room we had is spacious with a balcony and beautiful river view. There is a corner in the room near to toilet that gives off a mouldy smell. Our sleep was interrupted in the very early morning with singing from a nearby mosque. Can't be helped as this is part of their morning ritual.

Like the location , accessible to city centre , attractions , staff were helpful and accommodating to my request, and must commend the concierge staff who went extra mile for booking of taxi (my grab bookings were all delayed due to traffic conditions) as I was delayed to catch my coach at another location ! Well done . 👏.

Never failed to impress! The room, the breakfast, the staff is awesome! My son enjoy the pool so much, but there’s area that have broken tiles. Overall is okay, breakfast is quite the same for 2 days but still okay as the food is great! Recommended? Yes! 🙌

The hotel service is good, but the rooms and corridors will smell uncomfortable! Sanitary conditions are not very good! But the breakfast was very good.

I've stayed at Swiss Garden Melaka several times. Some rooms are great, while others are just okay. Some come with a bathtub, some don’t, but you can always request one. The pool view is quite limited due to surrounding buildings, so I usually request a room facing the AIA building for a better view.
One of the best things about this hotel is its direct link to The Shore. There are several dining options like Chef Wan, Seoul Garden, KFC, and Subway, plus convenient stores like MR DIY. The location is very strategic with a laundry shop, 99 Speedmart, and pharmacy nearby. It's also just a short drive to Jonker Street. Room rates vary a lot, and on weekends, the prices can be quite unreasonable.

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. Great location near shops and attractions. Highly recommended!"
