The overall experience was average. Basic amenities are provided. About 20 minutes walking distance to jonker street.

Spacious and clean, link to a shopping mall but nothing much there. There is a conference during my visit so I waited quite a while for a lift during peak hour.
Have nice playground for kids to play, nice place to stay for families with kids.

Mixed Experience on My Third Stay
This was my third visit to this hotel. The room itself is spacious and comfortable, which I really appreciate. However, I encountered a few issues during my stay. The water heater wasn’t working initially, but they did send a technician promptly to fix it.
One of my concerns was with the housekeeping service. When I requested for the room to be made up, I noticed that they reused the old bed sheets and blanket rather than providing fresh ones, which was disappointing.
Additionally, the service at the reception could be improved. Unlike other hotels where the staff are warm and welcoming, the reception here felt somewhat unfriendly and less attentive to guests’ needs.
Overall, it’s a decent hotel with good rooms, but there’s definitely room for improvement in terms of service quality.

Amazing location, beautiful staff, fantastic room, great amenities, walking distance to everything and a shopping plaza right next door. I will definitely stay here again. Hearing the call to prayer in the morning was spectacular.

Omg it’s really nice hotel. My families were real impressed with the unit. The check-in in super fast. 5min. No hassle. The receptionists were polite and friendly. Helpful on parking matter. When we entered the room the aircond already turned on. Cold. It’s really comfy. We stay at 24th floor. 3 rooms family suits ,corner unit. 2 door fridge and mcw, kettle n sink are provided. The water pressure is good and shower is hot. Master bedroom has a bath tab. The lighting of the unit is good. We were having the the melaka river view.. the pool at level 9. The water at water park is cold and strong wing. The adult pool next to lift is less windy. Perhaps the hotel can provide some plate and cutlery in the room. Overall am super satisfied with the stay. Shall return

We got a room at level 27 :) room was big and clean. Only the kids next door are noisy and keep trying to open the connection door. Location of the area is good:) walking distance to local shops and food. Also 20 mins walk to Jonker walk. Besides the hotel there’s a mall and the some restaurants on level 1. A 99 mart just behind the hotel and a short walk down you will find 2 local coffee shops:). Hotel also along the malacca river, can morning walk around the hotel. Breakfast was basic but they make it an effort to change the menu we had different protein for nasi lemak. The beef rendang was soooooo good! The basics one are the eggs station, noodles station.

Pros: Had a vacation in melacca and stayed for family suite. The room is spacious enough and very comfortable. Ideally for family trip. The room is clean and i love the toilet design. Will consider to stay again next time if the price is cheaper.
Cons: Tv channel is very limited. The lift movement are quite slow as we are stay on 28th floor. Location got a bit distance to central.
