Not recommended for family members especially when they have small kids and elderly together with the trip. Staircase is terrible high. Prices for 2 nights at RM718.00 for this Family suites not worth!! Not recommended! Photos as attached! cons : 1)Staircase is terrible and tidy. 2) toilet is old, mould. 3) mosquitoes in the family suites. 4) dirty, not clean and no air porution. 5) no room cleaning for the next day. 6) after 5pm there's no customer service, anything have to wait until next day after 9am. 7) Windows are old, spoiled not safe.
