I had such a pleasant experience staying at Dusit Princess Melaka. The hotel strikes a perfect balance between modern comfort and warm hospitality. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring the city.
The staff were amazing throughout my stay – always friendly, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests feel comfortable. Their genuine smiles and helpful recommendations for local attractions and food made me feel truly welcome.

Since this is newly renovated hotel, it is good and spacious. Our standard room was also spacious and was on 10th floor. We stayed on a weekend and the handling of customers on Saturday was slow, be it randomly skipping to offer welcome drink to few customers or be it not responding whether anything that we asked for in the room service will be provided even or not. I had to go out and get the things I wanted from Housekeeping directly. Buffet spread was good.

Overall a pleasant stay! Bathroom looked a little old, but the gym was well equipped and pool was nice to chill at. A little far from Jonker but still acceptable. Would stay here again!.

Managed to get a good view from my room. Thank you for the hospitality. The breakfast was good but can be improved. Nevertheless it was a good stay and my family was happy. Thanks a lot.

Melaka is a sleepy town which is a good place to take a break from hectic work life.
Service from the hotel staff is great, especially during morning breakfast time. Breakfast buffet spread is great - probably one of the best in Msia with yummy local Melaka fare eg freshly wok fried char kway teow and freshly toasted kaya bread.
Newly renovated hotel, but slightly disappointed with the toilet flushing and pump system which is frequently jammed. Hope the hotel can resolve this issue. Hotel view with sea view is great as can see from the pictures below.
