The location definitely good for tourist, lots of food & store nearby, no need to worry about meals. Transportation is convenience where Grab can access easily there. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. Security system is good where access card is needed to open the main door. Water dispenser is provided at the lobby area which is very good for us. The room is spacious for 4 adults with luggage. Overall good for the price. Worth it.

Great location but reception totally unsatisfactory

I made a last minute booking without expecting anything. But, I made the best choice! This hotel is located perfectly within Jonker area. The man at the counter, he was kind, attentive and always smiling. The room, it was spotless, bedding was clean and comfy. The toilet was very clean and spotless. The water running a little slow, heater was not really working. These are part can be working on to improve. Other than that! Value for money!

The check in was smooth and fast. We got the door lock code before our arrival. Location was superb, just inside Jonker itself. There's a common area where we can refill water and sit there to chill. The staff was helpful, helping us to understand how to open the room door with new digital lock. Only thing is that asking for "heritage tax" through WhatsApp message and asking for online transfer was not so good in my personal opinion as there are so many scammers around nowadays. They should be stated in the booking websites or collected upon arrival.

The receptionist is very friendly, but the room service is poor, no daily cleaning and no change of towels and mineral water. If you don't mind, the location is indeed an advantage.

If we loved our stay in Malacca, it’s also thanks to this charming little hotel in the heart of the city. The room was spacious, but what made our stay truly comfortable was the bed and the four pillows—we had a fantastic sleep. The overall experience was peaceful thanks to how quiet the hotel is. There’s no visible staff presence, but that wasn’t an issue since no services are offered. The location is excellent, making it a great base to explore the city.
