The rooms is spacious for junior suite. But the rooms is not clean, you can see a floating toilet flies inside the toilet bowl. Meaning a long time ago been use. The amenities was not replace, left with half used shampoo & liquid soap. Luckly we bought our own liquid soap. The TV was not function well (you can see half picture with no voice) & my 10 years old son adjusted it and we can watch. The lights sometimes on & off. We switch on the makeup room, we came back at 6pm & the rooms is not done. It is disappointed with the service which they should check before release the rooms. We paid rm570++ for 2 nights & the service is not value for the money.

Good location,the room is great,clean,& also close to the tourist area. The hotel also provided parking for guests . Basic amenities by hotel & easy to get food surrounding area. The hotel staff is friendly & helpful. Good for a short staycation.

The hotel is conveniently located, just 10 minutes' walk from jonker street. It is clean and comfortable. Rooms are spacious enough. There is a car park with a few lots.
