A very satisfactory stay. Clean and tidy. Spacious room. Very good service attitude. Detailed and thoughtful. Convenient for living and sightseeing around. The price is also very reasonable. Highly recommended

The sister at the front desk was very nice. She told us that the banks in Malacca were closed that day. The deposit could be paid in RMB. If we didn't have enough ringgit for the trip, there was a sauna noodle shop downstairs that was very good. It was delicious. The room was also good, but the TV was a little small. There were also welcome fruits and snacks. I was very satisfied and would recommend it to my friends.

The service is very friendly, the facilities are good, and the hygiene is OK, but the room is a little small.

Avoid this place . We stayed in room 301. Don’t quite understand the good reviews given . Avoid especially those rooms facing the main road . Extremely noisy . And the sound proofing of the room is just plain terrible . You can hear so clearly sounds from next room . And the cleanliness ? Well , see the pictures . Need I elaborate more ? Good luck sojourn , if you don’t get your acts altogether , sooner or later , you will chase away all your loyal customers.

Poor check--in process. 1. We arrived at around 1430hrs. No help was provided to unload the luggage from the vehicle. One of the staff came out just to remind us the check-in time is 1500hrs. 2. My wife tried to register in and again another stuff at the counter reminded us that check in time is 1500hrs! Probably this is the only place that do not allow regiater-in early. Not that we are asking for the room early. 3. After reluctantly checking us is, the staff just mentioned "I will give you the room key at 3pm". ??? Definitely boo-hooo. david.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights this weekend and all I can say is it's really good! The staff here are very friendly and considerate (the duty manager Khairul even showed us around The villa area), the service was excellent, the rooms and the rest of the hotel were clean and well maintained (bathtubs in the common rooms), and the food (breakfast) was very good. The decor of the hotel is a mix of Malay wooden furniture and European. There is a small pool and a spa - we tried the spa and it was really nice. The hotel has a one way shuttle bus to Holland Street (Jonker Street) every two hours from 10am to 6pm. But since the hotel is not in the city center, it would be better if you have your own car (the car park is just behind the hotel and can park about 8-10 cars). The hotel is also very close to the Portuguese Settlement, about a 10 minute walk, but it's not a good walk at night. We all know that this hotel has been open for less than a year, and the building was previously used by the government. The hotel's current star rating will last until the end of the year, it really does feel like a bargain, especially for those looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, it's not a great place to stay. But it's very close to those attractions. My heartfelt thanks to Kailu and his entire team for making our trip so memorable. keep it up!
