The hotel is newly renovated and has excellent facilities and ambiance. I had some issues with the restaurant staff, but the general manager and security manager quickly resolved them. The Chinese butler was especially helpful. Since I was traveling with children and sometimes woke up late and couldn't dine on time, the Chinese butler would help me order food in advance and was proactive in resolving any issues.

Great, super good, I love it. I upgraded to a higher room type during the off-season. The housekeeper speaks a little Chinese. As long as you can use translation software and have a little English, communication is stress-free.

I checked out and left the island for Male. I found $4,600 in the room safe. After communicating with the hotel, I found it back an hour and a half later. I am very grateful for the hotel management. I also want to thank the hotel staff. Thank you very much 🙏

The issue housekeeper was very good. The room rate included breakfast and dinner. There was a range of choices for dinner. I told the housekeeper that there were too few choices, so they delivered several more dishes the next day.

The environment is not good among the islands. It is an artificial island with average vegetation, but the service is very good. I am very grateful to the manager for arranging a speedboat to send us alone half an hour in advance. Thank you very much. Wonderful stay experience in JW! The view was stunning from our room. And the facilities in hotel were quite new to make it more luxurious. Our safeeru was Yaish was very professional and hospitality. Careness, friendly, hospitality are full of every stuff working in the hotel. Definitely would turn back for more stay in the future. In overall, the stay was quite worthy to it costed.

We had an absolutely unforgettable stay at JW Marriott Maldives! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional and made us feel so welcome. A very special thank you goes to Chef Indika. He is truly the heart of our dining experience here. Every day he created special custom dishes just for us, always remembering our preferences and surprising us with new flavors. What touched us most was not just his incredible cooking, but the way he cared for us — checking in at each meal, explaining the dishes with pride, and treating us as if we were part of his own family. Dining with him was more than just eating — it was a warm and personal experience we will never forget. The waiters and waitresses who served us were also so kind and attentive, always welcoming us with genuine smiles and making us feel like family at every meal. Our butler was equally responsible and helpful, ensuring every detail of our stay was smooth and perfect. On our last day, the team surprised us with the most beautiful gesture — a farewell cake decorated with our family picture. It was thoughtful, emotional, and the perfect ending to our trip. Thank you, JW Marriott Maldives, and especially Chef Indika, for giving us memories we will treasure forever. We cannot wait to return!
