The hotel is newly renovated and has excellent facilities and ambiance. I had some issues with the restaurant staff, but the general manager and security manager quickly resolved them. The Chinese butler was especially helpful. Since I was traveling with children and sometimes woke up late and couldn't dine on time, the Chinese butler would help me order food in advance and was proactive in resolving any issues.

Great, super good, I love it. I upgraded to a higher room type during the off-season. The housekeeper speaks a little Chinese. As long as you can use translation software and have a little English, communication is stress-free.

I checked out and left the island for Male. I found $4,600 in the room safe. After communicating with the hotel, I found it back an hour and a half later. I am very grateful for the hotel management. I also want to thank the hotel staff. Thank you very much 🙏

The issue housekeeper was very good. The room rate included breakfast and dinner. There was a range of choices for dinner. I told the housekeeper that there were too few choices, so they delivered several more dishes the next day.

The environment is not good among the islands. It is an artificial island with average vegetation, but the service is very good. I am very grateful to the manager for arranging a speedboat to send us alone half an hour in advance. Thank you very much. The fried rice in the restaurant is very delicious, beyond expectations, clean and hygienic

Our honeymoon here was nothing short of magical, from the first moment we arrived we were embraced with the warmth, hospitality and genuine care that made our stay extra special and unforgettable! Thanks to Miru our Safeeru who went above and beyond to ensure every detail is taken care of, At the Steakhouse, Firaz provided expert menu recommendations, making our dinner a truly memorable experience, Chef Jose wowed us with his incredible skill and delicious dishes, Also Thanks to Shaee at the breakfast, he made sure we start the day in the right way with mangosteen😋, Sam who won with the best philosophy “Happy Wife, Happy Life” during our pizza night, and Milana for her positive outlook every single day! And last but not least, thanks to Amjad And Eka at Wahoo, Eka crafted some outstanding drinks and Amjad’s wine recommendations were on point and even he provided us with ashtray. And of course A special thanks to Intagam(Safeeru Manager). Every detail here was exceptional but it’s the people who made it truly amazing and unforgettable. Wonderful stay experience in JW! The view was stunning from our room. And the facilities in hotel were quite new to make it more luxurious. Our safeeru was Yaish was very professional and hospitality. Careness, friendly, hospitality are full of every stuff working in the hotel. Definitely would turn back for more stay in the future. In overall, the stay was quite worthy to it costed.
