Three Points Musalli Makkah

60th Street
Vacations at Makkah could be a dream. But staying at a hotel down the street - from where you can view the Clock of the biggest clock tower in the world is a dream come true. Only 20 minutes walk away (depending on your speed) or 5 minutes drive, and you’ll be in Harem. What you expect from a hotel room after an physical exertion is a cozy bed, healthy atmosphere and finest sanitary products; and of course coffee! Trust me that’s all you need after a long drive or flight. (I’m not kidding but you won’t feel the jet lag in their beds). Three Points Musalli was not a hotel of the Clock Tower, however it maintained its standard. Despite parking being an issue, there was nothing that could disappoint you. There were elevators that were on time, services just a call away, coffee shop, guests washrooms, and a wide seating area. I mean what else do you need? I’ve been to many hotels, and yes Swiss or Pullman Zamzam may be a part of Harem, but that doesn’t mean they were the best. Their rooms were pretty much squeezed (sq ft) and the services are never on time; plus their wifi have proxy so you can’t access every website. And it’s only because they are 5-stars, hence BUSY as hell. They are heavily populated with tourists. However, the Three Point Musalli is only 3-star but the size of the rooms, interior of both the rooms and bathrooms, plus the services provided literally make it better than 5-star. Honestly, after living in the 5-star hotels, I don’t believe the at we should rate any hotel with stars since each of them have their own pros and cons. But I give Three Point Hotel 100 golden stars. It deserves it.
Ibis Styles Makkah

We stayed at the hotel for 12 amazing days. The staffs were very welcoming and always attentive to our needs. The receptionists are always here to help with any of your issues. Be it laundry, housekeeping, payment, anything. Aadil from housekeeping did great cleaning jobs throughout our stay. Regular free shuttle to Masjid Al Haram really enhances your visit for swalat or even shopping etc. Note that you can wash your clothes and sun dry it on the roof. Bring your own cords. A big THANK YOU to the management. Really helped! Food snacks and drinks is now available from room service Note: register yourself on Accor App to benefit from discount on your hotel stay payments. I think 5%. Thank you Ibis Styles team for making our first Umrah memorable.

The hotel is excellent. I remind you that it is a 3 star and that it is 6 - 8 minutes from the Haram. We can be there in 5!! So at this price, it's excellent. The staff is very pleasant. I would like to thank a gentleman whose name I have forgotten (sorry!!) and above all a very professional and very pleasant lady who made the reception very pleasant. So a big thank you to Madame Hala (and thank you for the cup you gave my mother as a souvenir. May God protect you all! There is a mini market attached to the hotel. The street is very commercial. It's very nice.

Al Kiswah Towers Hotel

This was a good hotel, generally clean with good facilities. It is around 1km from the Haram (Kaaba). There is a free bus shuttle service which runs every 10-15 minutes to & from the Haram, which drops around 600m from the Haram. Be sure to leave early from the Hotel to reach for the prayers on time. The room was clean as well as the toilet. Hotel staff was generally friendly. There are two restaurants on levels R & H, as well as prayer room at floor PR if someone needs it.

A bad hotel and restaurant management that does not know what it means to respect people.. An experience with my mother. The restaurant worker and the restaurant manager spoke to her in a manner that was not nice. As long as there are people, there is no hotel and no people who know anything about hotels, nor dealing with people, nor even dealing with big people, and complaints are specific to that.
